Excellent place with excellent people

5th time here. The staff are lovely and always clean and tidy. Will always return to Lufesa when we are in GC

Brilliant location

Fantastic location, directly across from the Commercial Centre Great Staff.

The hotel badly needs a bit of a revamp, the lift is like something from a 70s motel, I have been staying in hotels in Puerto Rico for the last 15 years and have never been asked to pay a security deposit, I found it a bit strange to be asked for €100 prior to starting your holiday.

Great location.

The proximity to the Commercial Centre is ideal, no steps, the rooms are cleaned every day except Friday and Sunday, The staff are very nice.

The hotels need to take €100 as a safety deposit is in my opinion a bit strange, I have stayed in hotels all over Puerto Rico for the last 15 years and this was a first for me. The interior of the hotel needs a revamp, the lift is like something out of a 70s motel.

central location, lovely pool area.

room was nice, had everything you needed. view wasn’t the best from balcony, literally looked out onto the roof, wasn’t great. other than that was pleasant enough, just a place to rest at the end of the day.

Perfect location clean well equipped apartments

They have a fabulous poolside food restaurant outstanding quality and price plus the apartments put fresh bread rolls on your door every morning lovely touch. I also liked the ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom.the pool was a lovely size plenty if sunbeds to go around

Pillows were very lumpy and hard I asked at reception and they gave us better ones. The beds are ok but not great. Could only find 1 British TV channel on the telly. Nice to watch TV wen your getting ready to go out

Had great time. Tino at the pool Bar & Cafe great entertainment.

The location of this property is excellent.

€20 charge, for the safe deposit box. Plus payment for the air conditioning. These days usual expected as a standard inclusive.

Great place to stop on a beach holiday

Great location easy access to the shops and bars.

It's a little tired now, but it's clean and the staff are friendly.

The location of the property couldn’t have been better … the pool area was fantastic and tino at the pool bar was so nice.. food and drinks at the pool bar were fantastic also

The rooms were very old and in need of renovation , although it was clean our shower was very rusty and outdated … we had to pay €15 a night for an extra bed for my teenage son and the sheets were changed on it only once ?? We didn’t use our room much , just for the essentials like showering and sleeping so we didn’t mind it ..for us the location was superb so hopefully the minor things that are wrong will be sorted and we would defo stay again
