Décevant, épuisant, matériel et climatisation défectueux

Personnel aimable. Situation géographique.

Poignet intérieure de la chambre défectueuse. Séchoir et prise en panne. Fuite d’eau, bizarrement jaune dans le couloir recueillie dans une cuvette. Obligée de réclamer une bonde pour la baignoire. Climatisation bruyante mais inefficace. Grosses taches sur les rideaux blancs de la fenêtre, enfin plutôt gris. Semblent n’avoir jamais été lavés. Pas de verres dans la chambre. Lampe souple de chevet gauche en panne ou clignote. Aucun aménagement intérieur pour les handicapés malgré ma demande. Moisi sur le placo de la baignoire. Parking non surveillé mais…punaise verte sur la lampe, protège matelas douteux 61,50 euros pour un très bas de gamme ! J’ai annulé les nuits suivantes. Dommage .

Parfait .

Dommage qu'il y avait une fuite d'eau dans le couloir. Un seau se trouvait au milieu du couloir , en plein passage.

à oublier très vite

amabilité du personnel , salle du petit déjeuner , proche de mon site de formation

TV HS , signalé mais aucune intervention donc deux jours sans TV , bassine dans le couloir , hôtel vétuste , chambres pas faites tous les jours , on est très loin du standard d'un trois étoiles vaut mieux aller à l'IBIS budget le rapport qualité/prix est assuré.

Douche froide

Professionnalisme du réceptionniste de nuit qui est venu changer la lampe et a proposé de refaire lui-même la chambre mais trop tardivement

Ampoule applique en panne à l'arrivée (changée le deuxième soir, sur demande, par le réceptionniste Fond de WC sale à l'arrivée Chambre non refaite ni nettoyée malgré pannonceau de porte déposée par mes soins sur la poignée extérieure de porte pour demander l'entretien Pas d'eau chaude au matin du deuxième jour Excuse mais pas de geste commercial pour service non rendu sachant qu'il n'est pas prévu d'y revenir Mauvaise état des ouvrants qui gêne l'ouverture grosses cloques de peinture et manque morceau de plâtre à la hauteur de la chaise Pas de lumière dans l'ascenseur Bref qualité de service à revoir même si difficulté circonstancielle

Hotel senzill però correcte

El llit molt còmode i l’esmorzar correcte. Personal molt amable. Molts endolls a l’habitació.

La dutxa estava trencada i sortia l’aigua pel tub. No es podiacontrolar la calefacció des de l’habitació.

Peu mieux faire

Les fenêtres de la chambre ne fermant pas, il a fallu que nous déménagions nos affaires sur les 2 jours que nous avons passé à l'hôtel.

Mécontente

Simplement qu’il ne soit pas loin de mon lieu de séminaire

Lavabo bouché.chasse d’eau qui coule sans arrêt - 13’pour avoir du pain au petit dej (9€ le petit dej tout de même !) parce qu’il n’était pas décongelé Couloirs sales . Accès mal indiqué compte tenu de travaux. Rien n’est net. Très mécontente d’avoir payé 100€

Couldn't wait to get home.

The water pressure in the shower was decent and the room was clean. The bed was also comfortable.

The air conditioner was not working, and it was still in the 80s at night! Had I know that I never would have chosen the hotel! Luckily the windows opened...And when I came down for breakfast at 9am there was no bread left.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Really easy to communicate with, even in English. The room was clean and quiet. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

Avoid at all cost!

The staff is nice and happy to help. That's the only positive side at this hotel. Location is convenient. The reception desk is clean and welcoming.

Bedroom had an awful smell of paint, one curtain was missing, had electric wires and water pipes hanging behind the door (found out it was for airBedroom conditioning). Beds had no real mattress, but some kind of foam, didn't sleep all night. One of my coworkers had bed bugs in her bedroom.

Not what we expected

The location was good for the party we were going to. Breakfast was not bad

The corridor on the 3rd floor had part of the ceiling falling out, the lift was temperamental worked and then did not. The WiFi instruction were vague. No coffee making facility in room. A new wall being built inn reception was in full view. Not impressed

Exceptional

Friendly, helpful receptionist who, rather usefully for me, spoke good English. Room was clean and well furnished. Room had a bath with shower head attachment, which was appreciated. Overall, one of the best budget hotels I've stayed in.

I have no complaints.

Simple room for a night

Welcoming and friendly Monsieur at the reception in the evening. Very good pizzeria at walking distance.

Window of room could not be open at night because at same level of parking area, 1st floor.
