Een prachtig hotel in een grote stad. Goede prijs, zeer persoonlijke benadering, lekker ontbijt, ruime verzorgde kamer, veel parking, vlakbij tramhalte.

Good value for money, don't expect anything superb, good for 1-2 nights stay.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the personnel was welcoming, the reception was open at 9 pm, good breakfast.

Trouble to explain in English, but this was expected, so it was not a huge deal.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Sauberkeit war angemessen und die Auswahl beim Frühstück gut.

Samstags 15:30 Uhr war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und wir haben den Zimmerschlüssel über den Keyboy bekommen. Personal war bis zum nächsten Morgen nicht in Sicht. Alle Infos mussten wir uns selbst zusammensuchen. Wenn ich das will, dann geh ich nicht in ein Hotel, sondern buche Airbnb. Die Matratzen waren schlecht und eines der Betten im Zweibettzimmer war nur eine Aufbettung. Die Haken für die Jacken befanden sich merkwürdigerweise über dem Tisch auf dem die Minibar stand. Es war quasi unmöglich Jacken vernünftig aufzuhängen. Beim Frühstück saß das Personal, wie beiläufig an einem der Tische. Die Begrüßung war mäßig, der Tisch hatte zwar frisches Geschirr aber überall lagen die Krümel der Vorgänger rum, obwohl die Dame, die für das Frühstück zuständig war nichts zu tun hatte und nur rumstand. Beim Checkout stand zwar jemand an der Rezeption aber es wurde lediglich gefragt, ob wir alles erledigt haben. Die Dame schien nicht an der Rezeption zu arbeiten und hatte noch ihre Jacke an und ihre Tasche in der Hand. Kein Interesse am Gast, am Aufenthalt oder sonstiges. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Ich bin sehr froh, dass wir hier nur 1 Nacht verbringen mussten.

Uncomfortable mattress

The breakfast was very good, lots of variety of items

We told for 2 people but we got two separate single beds and very uncomfortable and mattresses were also very uncomfortable, pillows and blankets were making noises as is there was some plastic wrappers in it.

Good location especially if you need parking around stuttgart. easy access by U into Stuttgart. Lovely breakfast.

The place is quiet, the staff is friendly and kind; public transport is very near and if you can spend some time in the area, a couple of nice post for eatin' are just round the corner

Position is only ok if you're stayin' in that part od town for particualr reason, otherwise I have to say it's far from downtown and the neighbourhoods not that great

Great stay! Will stay there again when in Stuttgart :)

Nice warm welcome and very friendly to children. Ivana is great, helpful, kind and takes the extra step to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, nice size room in a quiet area with a small park near by for children. Ample parking and close to U Bahn and Highway 10 for easy access. Great stay!

Overall, it was a great overnight stay at the hotel. Just a walking distance to the tram, accessible to Porsche Arena St

It was very accessible and easy to find. I find it very good that they offer breakfast so I didn’t have to look for a place where I could get one.

the bed was a bit small for me. Though there is another bed, which appears to be larger, I didn’t want to set it up because the space would then be smaller.

good value for money and relaxed

very good breakfast with fresh fruit and fresh buns, good coffee. Very friendly and helpfull staff, especially the lady in the breakfastroom. Free and safe parking. Nice, quiet and safe neighbourhoud. Place to park our biciclettes. Big room. Good restaurant nearby

Very good hotel in good price. This place offering Deliciouse breakfast. Free parking. In neighborhood nice restaurant 'Spelunkerei' with typical fresh German food. If you take a walk up to the hill (30min walk)you can enjoy beer or wine in the beer garden (Wirtshaus Friedrichsruh) with a view for whole city. This place you can also reach by car.

The breakfast was small but good. The breakfast lady was super nice.

Bad staff in the reception (owner?) at check in. Rude and not so friendly. Beds were hard and the blankets and pillows to thick.
