We enjoyed watching the nice town of Heppenheim, as the hotel is located in the town center.

The hotel is located at the marketplace, which was very nice. We enjoyed breakfast in a friendly and family-like atmosphere.

There was only a spiral staircase, so it wasn't easy to move our luggage.

Location, location, location.

Location. Location. Location. You cannot get anymore "quintessential historical German" than this. Right on the center square in old town. Surrounded by small restaurants. We even got to see a wedding happening right in front of he hotel. So cute!

No elevator, which was a pain in the you-know-what, especially with luggage. Spiral staircase was cute but dizzying. Breakfast left something to be desired and staff was just ok.

Excellent accommodation and location.

The room was comfortable and contemporary with a very luxurious looking bathroom. The hotel is in an excellent location right on the market square although we didn't get any of the noise form the square in the room. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious and all staff were super friendly. Totally recommend this place. Excellent value for money!

There was no air con which was ok as we are used to the heat but the bathroom did feel like the heating was on unless you kept the window wide open.

Perfectly located hotel with decent room in an incredibly quaint town.

Incredibly quaint location, right on the square. You will thoroughly enjoy having dinner in the square with live music.

Staff was not overly helpful or friendly with check in, helping with bags, dinner reservations, etc. Parking is in a paid lot pretty far away.

Beautiful place but not the staff.

The position is awesome, just right in the center of this beautiful town. Very nice room.

The staff was very rude, and we couldn't eat in restaurant because of the staff. We couldn't use the parking and they did the problem with our payment after we already returned home.

Lovely overnight

We stayed for a brief overnight as my husband had an appointment in a nearby town. We were pleasantly surprised to have such a wonderful evening. The hotel is on the market square and is the perfect spot to explore and enjoy the town. The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return for a longer stay to enjoy the area. The food was excellent.
