CHARMING VILLA
A modern villa of 120 square meters, independent, on two floors, with large furnished verandas, also equipped with an outdoor kitchen with awning, and a swimming pool with whirlpool for a dream holiday, will welcome you like no other before.
Access the interior space, equipped with every comfort, through large sliding windows.
At your disposal a kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven and various utensils, a double service with washing machine and a bathroom with shower. The living area is also very bright and comfortable.
On the upper floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase to the apartment, the sleeping area is dedicated. There you will find a bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and one with two single beds, which can be transformed into a double if necessary.
In front of the apartment there is a small square where you can park freely.
Villa Charme is 600 meters from the beach where a park equipped for outdoor training has been set up. About 1.5 km from the center you will find beaches, restaurants, shops and nightlife, while just 14 minutes you can get to Punta Secca where is the famous house of Montalbano.
This villa is, moreover, 30km from the airport of Comiso; 45km from known; 25km from Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla; 15 km from Scicli; 25km from Modica; 20km from the Castle of Donnafugata.

Villa is an independent, modern and comfortable house of 120 square meters consisting of two floors and including terraces, furnished sunroom and a pool for a dream vacation.
A bathroom with a fridge, freezer, oven, dinnerware, two bathrooms, a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs .
The living area overlooks the sunroom by sliding glass walls.
In the sunroom there are some green spaces, a lemon tree, an outdoor kitchen to prepare meals and enjoy them in the open air in total relaxation.

In front of the apartment there is a square with free park.
Villa Charme is 600 meters from the sea and the park is open to the open air; 1. 4 km from the center of Marina, lidos, restaurants, bars, shops and nightclubs; 30 km from Comiso airport; 45 km from Noto; about 25 km from Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla and Modica; 15 km from Scicli and Donnafugata Castle.

Myself, partner and child spent a week here. We enjoyed the house and the pool, which became very much part of our daily routine, especially with such beautiful sunshine. The pool is big enough to do a few strokes and keep you cool but for a longer swim I suggest you head to the beach. We walked to the beach, prob about. 5-10 min walk to beach and 20 mins to get to the Plaza (main square). Ask the owner to show you a cut through. Improvement wise I suggest the house could do with some added touches, like Wi-fi, the mattresses are pretty hard/uncomfortable and a bit more information about the area. I found the end of rental inspection and limit in the electric useage doesn’t make you feel very welcome or trusted and being a regular traveller have never experienced this when renting a property. The area is great for families, restaurants, beaches and shops being close. The sea water is beautiful, try travelling about to other beaches.
