Sooooo comfortable!

Very comfortable foam mattress on a really big bed. Quiet and dark for sleeping. Great location to access the old town, coastal walks north and south, and the ferries and airport bus Hot water kettle, safe, A/C, fridge, good wifi, netflix. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast.

Though on the ground floor, there were sketchy stone steps down to the room. We did get help with the bags, though. It.was on the pricey side, as was breakfast, but that appears to be the norm here.

Great location and comfortable room with friendly helpful people made my visit to Split memorable.

Breakfast was served in a charming breakfast room with a lovely selection of cereal, eggs and continental meats and cheese,toast, juice etc. Friendly and personable staff ...Maria, Ana, Mario...provided local information and helped with luggage and other daily services. A fantastic location ..close to Diocletian palace but very quiet. I will stay there again.

I’m sorry to have spent and stayed at this hotel..

Staff friendly & location not bad but it’s way over priced. I booked the hotel for 2 people but due to change of plans we added a 3rd family member last minute. At check-in I informed them that we are 3 ppl and price for the same exact room went up from 420 euro to 690 euro for 3 nights & I was told they gave me discounts or else would’ve been double 840 euro. For the money you spent this hotel not worth it at all. Way way over priced.

The price, it’s way over priced. The office where you check in and have small breakfast selection is 2 blocks down the street separated from your apt. I would not ever stay there again. The ocean view that they give you is a small window in the bathroom so if you want slight view of water you stay in the bathroom… one more suggestion. Do Not Buy Tour Tickets through hotel, will find them much cheaper by the water.. horrible

Room was very spacious and well equipped, very clean, every day was like the first day. Staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂 they helped us find our way around the island and also booked our day trips for us too. The location was perfect, 10 minute walk to the main strip. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful location and stay, close to everything and has beautiful views from window.

We were greeted and picked up from the airport by a private shuttle which made everything so great. Location was absolutely perfect a few minutes walk from the beach/ port and cafes. We were served an amazing breakfast everyday which was so delicious. Would highly recommend, as the baths were so cool and view was incredible from the window.

Nothing I would change about the property. Was all great.

Great stay in Split

the staffs were really friendly and helpful, the communication was really good. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walking to the promenade. Breakfast is simple but delicious. love the jacuzzi in the room.

Quite nice location. Clean. Breakfast was acceptable. It could help, if at least the coffee was good and not instant.

The price for hotel parking is 15 eur per night (first time I ever paid in the hotel for parking). Room is not so big. Everything is quite overpriced. We were not impressed at all. And we were comparing with Dubrovnik, which is also quite pricey :)

Well worth a trip

Fantastic location for the harbour, beaches and old city. Staff were excellent and very informative, great welcome. Very nice room and view. Lovely spa bath

Superb

Small cozy hotel located in the heart of the city. By the hotel one road sees to the beach, 5 minutes in a slow step, and the same distance to Diocletione Palace. The hotel is ideal for visitors in 2 days. Special thanks to Anna for helping to get to the hotel from the ferry.

The room does not have the possibility to dry the beach accessories

A very nice place to spend a couple of days in Split. Very likely we'll come again!

Cozy room very close to the old town of Split (3 min walking). Easy reachable by car if you have a reliable GPS (or Waze in our case). Rich and varied breakfast served by the hosts. Very good wifi. And most of all: the hosts (thank you, Mario!) were extremely helpfull and provided any information we needed.

Lovely hotel !!

Location and friendly staff! Maria & Mario are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Split. Very comfortable. 5 minutes walk to the old town and main station. Breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay again
