El servicio de 10, todo el personal super amable, la ubicación es perfecta si quieres hacer visita hacia el norte (mt batur, templo madre, campos de arroz…). Las vistas son las mejores con las que me he despertado jamás, campos de arroz, vistas a la montaña, flores… parecía un sueño. La comida por ser que lo hacen ellos alli mismo y sin ayuda externa esta super bien.

Unieke locatie temidden van de rijstvelden. De beoordeling moet je dan ook lezen tov de prijs kwaliteitverhouding. Gewoon anders dan een hotel aan het strand. Restaurantje erbij maakte het compleet. Ga voor de uitdaging is mijn devies.

I liked everything about my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled with very good attention to detail, including high quality furniture and finishes. It's only recently opened so everything is new. The room opens onto the most beautiful vista where you can watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Perfectly relaxing. The restaurant serves a nice selection of tasty, well presented meals (owner a great chef!) and the restaurant also has the most fantastic views. Well located in easy distance of the sites of Sideman. Scooter arranged on site. I didn't want to leave and will return when next in Bali - easily the most beautiful place I have stayed on my three week holiday in Bali.

I loved everything in this accommodation. First of all the views from the bungalow were breathtaking. It’s located middle of the rice fields where locals are farming everyday. On the background you can see hills and jungle. You must see it yourself!
Second the staff is amazing. They go over the top to make sure you’re going to have a good time. There is a little onsite restaurant and the food is so delicious. They have a laundry service and they can take you to places with an additional cost if you don’t have your own scooter. They even prepared me some food when I was leaving to Mount Batur trek early in the morning.
The bungalow is modern and clean. You can bath while admiring the views. There is a mosquito net which gives you peaceful sleep. You can chill on the big terrace too. Bed sheets were clean and smelled good. The whole bungalow felt luxurious.
Accommodation offers tour packages around Sidemen but the prices are higher what you can get booking them by yourself.
You can’t really avoid some little insects coming into room because it’s middle of the jungle. Hotel informs their guests well about this and are always ready to help remove them.
Other than these things I don’t find anything to complain about. I enjoyed my 3 nights stay in this place so much!

The property is charming and the room is big and modern. All facilities new and clean
Location …. It s actually in the middle of no where. Only convenient if you are travelling in the area and need to rest one night. Otherwise nothing to do close-by.
Staff are all young and forget half of the services, recommendations or even bring you something different to what you ordered at the restaurant. Need to control everything you ask for and claim in case of errors which happens more than what i would expect when you have only 3 customers to take care of.

We hadden Ume Dukuh Home geboekt vanwege het mooie uitzicht en in het echt is het net zo mooi als op de foto's. Als je op zoek bent naar rust tijdens je vakantie is dit de perfecte plek om even tot rust te komen.
Ze hebben een klein restaurant waar je elk moment van de dag lekker eten kunt krijgen. Wij waren blij met de kleine kaart, dan weet je zeker dat elk gerecht lekker en vers is.
Ze vertelden dat begin 2024 nieuwe huisjes worden geopend waarvan eentje met een zwembad. We willen zeker een keer terugkomen om van het zwembad te genieten.

Dans une bulle de bonheur le temps d’une nuit. Lieu magique et magnifique. Des chambres spacieuses et agréables. Une vue à couper le souffle. Le personnel est très attentif et présent pour nous aider à passer un moment magique. Des excursions et visites sont proposés directement sur place, ils s’occupent de tout.

Its an amazing Hotel! The view is the best in Sidemen. The staff is unbelievble. They are very friendly and good. The room was outstanding. One of the best Hotels In Bali. Very good value

Nice homestay next to rice terraces. Staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and spacious and whole place around the homestay is calm. The place offers breakfast and also has options for lunch and dinner.
There are only 4 rooms (2 with balcony and 2 on the ground) so if you want a balcony view i suggest you write to homestay before about it.
Location is a bit off but you can rent scooter or walk around.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have a restaurant which is a big up! The rooms are clean and cozy, the balcony and the view with the rice terrace is something you wont forget anytime soon. :) Sideman is a very good place to visit, you get better insight to the everday life of Balinese people. Absolutely recommended.

The balcony and view were gorgeous, couldn't think of a more beautiful place to chill out. The staff were really lovely and very helpful, we really enjoyed meeting the owner who very kindly gave us a lift a few places. Room was exactly as described, clean, with a comfortable bed.
As you're in the middle of the countryside it is a little loud with animal noises etc so if you're a light sleeper I'd bring ear plugs but it's no big deal

The place is really quiet although it is near a busy road. The view is AMAZING ,like wallpaper. The room is big and comfortable, the bathroom as well. It looks like the place is really new. the staff is very polite and friendly ,the kitchen waited for us although we were late.

The view is magnificent, you see real bali village life, mountains and jungle. The place and room was clean, I loved the wooden furniture and the sofas were very comfortable. We didn’t expect AC, but I guess they recently installed it and I have to say, even Sidemen has milder climate, still it was needed and appreciated. Also, good location to explore Sidemen area.
Even I was writing via booking when to expect us, and I sent official order to rent a bike from the day we arrive, it looked like for a moment like they were not expecting us and the scooter wasn’t ready. we had to wait for hours till the evening till it finally came. Then the heavy rain started so we didn’t use it that day at all and we lost half day… ☹️
Moreover and this could be subjective but still, we didn’t enjoy the food prepared by the stuff… it was kind of tasteless, we ordered Nasi Goreng and Gado Gado and we had much better in other warungs around.
I think this place has great potential to be great, what I would kindly suggest for the owner, to train the staff how to welcome new guests, to be ready for their arrival, have the scooters ready, get more english lessons, this could help, too.
Otherwise it’s a magical place.

It was most beautiful, peacful, clean and new place i have been staying in past 4months in south east asia.
View from the room was mind blowing, super spacious room, with comfy couch to sit at the balcony and relax.

Immediately welcomed with a warm smile and welcome drink. The room is very spacious, clean, modern and new. The view from our large balcony was great and also from the bathroom you will have this view.
We were by scooter so it was easily for us to get to the town and around, but otherwise they also have a restaurant onsite. Breakfast was tasty. I could definitely recommend this place if you look for a real view of Sidemen in a modern place.

The location of the hotel is simply amazing as it is surrounded by rice terraces. Since the rooms have big glas windows as doors you can enjoy the beautiful views to a maximum.
The wifi was pretty bad and there was no air conditioning.

Great hospitality from the staff and delicious food. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and comfortable. Amazing view !
The hot water doesn't last long so you may want to hurry to shower. Only 1 fan in the room so it was quite hot. Breakfast served from 8 am so you may not plan to leave early morning...

Just everything! The beautiful room, the breathtaking view, the friendly owners and staff. The food at the restaurant was also really good.
I extended for two nights as i didn’t wanted to leave.
The only disadvantage for me personally was the somewhat distant location to the centre as i don’t drive a Scooter and it’s too far away for a walk.

We are a couple in our early 40’s and stayed for a week in the downstairs corner room. We loved the same thing as others:
View- birds downstairs
Quiet (oddly quiet being so near the road! concrete + fan)
Spacious and clean
Comfortable bed
They’ve listened and added a mosquito net so you can open up at night (wear an eye mask)

We would add that it is not true that there is nowhere else to eat in the area. There is one other restaurant and quite a few small warungs serving one or two specialty dishes. Do not bother with the first one to the right, but keep walking right and in 6 minutes you can get amazing satay fish with delicious sambals for a couple of dollars.
Forget the bike (other than for Gembleng) and explore on foot. We found empty temples, mountains and lovely people in the village- we even got invited to a party.
Not much! Definitely could have a kettle in the room.
Refillable water would be lovely, it’s awful to buy so many bottle while enjoying the natural environment.
NOT the fault of the hotel, but hard not to notice that the lovely dogs next door need more food (especially the female) and the male a trip to the vet.
I do agree it’s a bit hot at times and the downstairs could use outdoor blinds like upstairs has, or thick curtains.

No aircon which I was aware of when booking, however the one fan supplied was a bit broken and wonky, managed to get it working in the end.

There is an amazing view, great food, friendly staff who will be happy to help you with everything. Being there is even better than it looks on the pictures!
