Ambiente agradável, com excelente atendimento pessoal.

Excelente atendimento, quarto espaçoso, cama, travesseiros e lençóis limpos e confortáveis. A área externa muito agradável com piscina, além do ambiente da academia e sauna disponível. Café da manhã simples, porém com as opções habituais e produtos de qualidade. É provável que me hospede novamente.

A localização nos proporciona mais a vista da Cidade e seus prédios. De ponto turístico, vemos a Catedral Metropolitana e, parcialmente, o Cristo Redentor.

El Desayuno muy bueno y su personal muy amable. La pasamos bien en el área de la piscina es un buen plan para hacer después de recorrer la ciudad. Tiene buena ubicación y el tours que contratamos nos pasó a buscar por el hotel sin ningún problema. Es la segunda vez que me quedó en ese hotel

Solo recomiento darle un poco más de mantenimiento a los aires fue muy ruidoso, fuera de eso todo bien habitación limpia y cama cómoda. Solo esa pequeña observación

A localização é boa. A equipe também é boa.

Limpeza péssima do ar condicionado, ele estava extremamente sujo e no primeiro quarto que me colocaram não estava funcionando. No segundo quarto estava com a paleta quebrada e tive que dormir com o vento na minha cara. O estado geral de conservação do quarto era bem ruim.

Não consegui me hospedar nesse hotel, fiz minha reserva com antecedência, recebi a confirmação. Estive agora no hotel, o recepcionista Guilherme disse que não possui reserva para mim (quarto disponível). Viajamos mais de 700kg, com duas crianças no carro, chegamos por volta das 23h e não tinha onde ficar. Lamentável

Close to the centre, walkable if you’re with someone. Incredible, friendly staff. Clean. Hot shower

It is in a rather noisy neighbourhood with a venue right outside that stays very crowded until late so if you want an early night you might struggle

they gave us a room facing the Main Street and there was a bar with a party until 4.30am when the police came to chase people away. we could not sleep at all until then.

A mixed experience! Research before you book

Excellent taxi service always available. Driver Jorge gave the choice of meter or fixed price. Drove safely and was exceptionally courteous. It was within walking distance, 20mins, of the Metro which at just over 1GBP per ride is great value.

There is a small club right opposite the hotel. No clue during the day but at night time! Lucky for me I could just remove my hearing aids but others had to put up with a terrible noise right into the early hours! Staff somewhat indifferent. No fluency in English so polish up portuguese, you'll be understood.

The bed was large, it has a safe, and a good shower, everything working properly.

The location is dangerous, the bathroom wasn't clean enough, the breakfast was medium (bad coffee)

Good for a quick stay near the airport.

It was a nice hotel, near the airport and worked well for a one night stay during a layover. The breakfast was pretty good and we had dinner there as well. Serving staff was really nice and helpful.

Not in the best part of town, no airport shuttle, wouldn't let us check-in early
