was good for location everything else bad

Food was plenty and very good and good location

The staff were extremely rude! the hotel is very old and dirty and very old Fashioned Wifi was really poor Bathrooms dirty i was locked out my room the key card didnt work neither did there master key so they had to smash the lock and demanded me to pay for it! even though not my problem i refused to pay the $300 they wanted will never stay again in this hotel!!

pleasant, but not as it used to be

The view was lovely. The air-conditioning was very effective within the room. The breakfast was very fresh and very nice. The location is absolutely wonderful for both the beach and the downtown shopping area. It's a very special city with lovely, friendly people on a beautiful coastline.

The two twins beds that I had ordered and paid for through Booking.com, were not in the room assigned to me. It was a double bed ... as were the next four rooms that I was shown. Finally, an employee took me to see the available rooms, and we found a room with twins. Confusion and a lack or order of in-house communication?? We had to ask the maid to come in to remove some moist black mold that was clearly on the exposed surface of a vent duct just outside our bathroom. If someone is allergic to mold, that would be really bad. She was happy to remove the visible mold upon request, but I wonder what we couldn't see within the system, and wondered why that mold wasn't noticed beforehand by the housekeeping or admin. I've stayed at this hotel for 20 years, and have loved it ... but have been away for the past two years. It is really showing its wear. Between Covid and the Hamas war, I'm sure the economy and the staffing are a problem, because of a lack of tourism. I pray it gets better for both the King Solomon and for Israel. They are both worth saving.

ארוחת בוקר סבירה, לא היה חסר וגם לא היה יותר מדי העובדים בחדר אוכל אדיבים, סבלניים, מסביריי פנים - התרשמנו לטובה צריך לציין זאת העובדים בקבלה נחמדים ומסביריי פנים המציל בבריכה נחמד ואדיב עובדות ניקיון נחמדות נענו לבקשותיינו בחיוך

ניקיון כללי לא תקין: במקלחת השפורפרת (דוש) לא תקין, זרם מים דוקר,-לא נעים , החדר לא מתוחזק,: סימניי חלודה ולכלוך ע"ג האמבטיה , לכלוך שנראה זמן רב לפניינו, אולי מלק או צבע כולשהוא, חלון יציאה למרפסת מלוכלך, בדליי סיגריות על הרצפה, לא ניתן לכוון את המזגן הקירור קבוע אם משאירים זמן רב החדר קר מאוד,

מאכזבת וגועלית

לא אהבנו כלום בית מלון שלא מכבד את עצמו . חדרים לא מתוחזקים ומאוד מאובקים

המלון לא מתוחזק רהיטים ממש ישנים מלוכלכים לובי עם ספות ישנות ומיושנות . חדרים לא מתוחזקים חלונות מלוכלכים מצעים עם ריח אבק . ממש עזבנו אחרי שעה .

Disappointing

Everything was pleantifuul and delicious. The staff were polite and helpful.

The rooms were so dirty, we tries 4 different ones, on 3 different floors, till we were satisfied, and even then, we asked to change the dirty blankets. This is truly un acceptable! It was tolerated only thanks to the exceptional staff( Anatoli)and the location.

Great Location. Great Breakfast. Friendly Staff. But the hotel itself had seen better days.

The breakfast was excellent, a wide selection and the kitchen staff, as well as the front desk where very helpful. The location is excellent - right on the seafront and easy to get into the centre of the city/shopping district.

The rooms had seem better days. Very basic and tired looking.

Placement of hotel

Advertised as having a pool and that's why we choose it. Pool is closed from end of October which is not on the website. Lights in corridor outside room not working. Fridge in one of the rooms not working. We left a suit in one of the rooms and it took 4 calls and a whole morning before they agreed to go and look so we could organise someone to pick it up!

The location couldn't be better; the hotel needs money spending on it.

The location is great, the views likewise. The sun deck at the front of the hotel offers an enjoyable well appointed space. The breakfast offered good choices.

The hotel is now dated and tired. The bedrooms were shabby at best, and some seemed dilapidated. The room we stayed in the first night - we arrived late - featured ill fitting furniture that had seen better days. The worst part was the black mould on the walls round the aircon unit. The next two rooms we were shown were little better. I ended up paying to upgrade to a larger room. This was far nicer, but still the furniture was dinked and the grouting in the bathroom was blackened in places.

ruined our stay in Natanya after we got robbed by the cleaning lady’s of the hotel

we came as a family took lots of rooms very low quality on the last day the cleaning lady from the hotel stole all my sisters belongings her passport her clothes her money her AirPods the hotel office didn’t do anything and carry on to use this cleaning lady we were so disappointed and really destroyed our stay

The beach view was great! I liked that here were table and chairs in the room and it was plenty spacious for 2 people.

Some things were not working great - the safes didn't work. One room had no tv remote. But whenever we asked the desk about fixing something they were responsive and helpful.

hugely expensive for very poor condition bedding blankets unclean borrowed a sheet from friends who live nearby so as not to have to use the unclean and ill-fitting quilts/blankets . towels very old rooms tatty ! reception communication was difficult. kettle would not boil.

Nothing. Unprofessional, uncourtious staff, dirty and the tv didnt work. Absolute waste of money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Netanya. Lively and busy city.

Fantastic location, great service, tasty extensive Israeli breakfast and a lovely outdoor swimming pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms can definitely do with a refurbish!

Repulsive with the need to relocate.

The room was unclean with bit obvious that it wasn’t kept like there being dirty carpets and uncovered blankets etc.

The night staff were really understanding although when it came to the morning staff, the guy at the desk was quite intimidating about us leaving although he did refund the two nights out of three

It was simply a wonderful experience.

All went well. Staff was responsive and caring. Any request we had was honored. Room was clean, breakfast was wonderful, Sea view was beautiful.
