Nous y avons séjourné 19 jours et nous nous sentions comme chez nous.

La position de l’hôtel axiale et très calme. L’extrême gentillesse du personnel à l’accueil qui fait tout pour vous mettre dans de bonnes conditions. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés.

Chambre confortable et accessible.

Beaucoup de bruit la nuit. Sur 6 nuits, 4 nuits à problèmes avec des personnes qui restent parler fort devant leurs chambres, voir plus pour une fois. Sans aucune intervention de l'hôtel. La luminosité de la chambre la nuit avec les stores est un problème.

Direkt Baustelle nebenan. Es wurde teilweise etwas laut. Es wird ein neues Resort gebaut und zu unserer Zeit wurden das alte abgerissen.

Our favourite hotel after 2 weeks in Thailand!

Lovely pool, close proximity to the beach and nightclubs/ beach bars and restaurants. Large room and we were still provided new towels/water/shower gel despite being having a lie in. Staff were also incredibly friendly and allowed us to shower and refresh post check-out after a rainstorm drenched us before our flight.

Air con could be improved. Breakfast was limited and not ideal if you’re a vegetarian.

A well placed hotel.

Clean and comfortable and well placed. Breakfast was excellent, with good variety.

The restaurant is not one where you want to have dinner but there are loads of options up and down the beach.

Amazing hotel, so lovely

The staff at this resort was so lovely we were greeted by lovely receptionist who was so welcoming. She even asked what type of room we wanted. If it would be able to have one on the ground floor or the top floor. She was so accommodating and helpful the breakfast staff were so lovely as well. Such a lovely staff in wanting to make anything better for you.

The only issue regarding card payment as a hotel. It will just be a little bit more easier for international tourists. If they were able to pay with a card in the restaurant it’s not a big issue because you can always pay at the reception later so that’s the only thing that could improve.

Perfect vacation

Great location near beach and restaurants. Clean rooms, greatly restaurant and wonderful and hard working staff!on site and pretty quiet too. Lovely stay!

Not good value for money no tissues or toothbrush small towels. No privacy had to close curtain so people walking past room could not see into room very small pool no wear to hang bathers outside to drain.

Quiet, affordable and spacious.

Great location, quiet but only a 10 minute walk from all of the nightlife. The room is a nice size, comfy bed and good sized bathroom. The bar and restaurant were very nice with very good happy hour offers(2 beers or smoothies for 120 baht). Lots of room for two people. Villas are fully detached and have a nice outside seating area.

The water was either very hot or cold, water pressure was not good either. The supplied shower gel and shampoo were in tiny containers. Breakfast was nice but stopped at 10 am, an extra hour here would be a great addition.

I enjoyed my stay in the nation resort, it was very relaxing by the swimming pool.

The breakfast was good, I liked being waited on and the staff were very attentive to our needs.

The only thing I didn't like was that the complex was very quiet there wasn't much going on within the hotel.

Absolutely nothing hotel stuff was extremely rude.

I’ve never been to a hotel which was so dirty in my life, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Save your money and book elsewhere as there are many hotels in the same area. The reception staff was very rude, aswel as the restaurant staff who would get angry and uncooperative if I ordered any room service. I stayed in the beach front villa and honestly can say this was the worse hotel I’ve stayed in my life. I’m absolutely shocked with the service I received and very disappointed. The reception staff were so rude to me and my wife we actually had to cut our holiday short and leave. AVOID WITH ALL COSTS !

Be careful that you get the villa you paid for. Expensive resort for what you get.

Great location.

We upgraded to a beach front which was over 300 a night but when we arrived they took us to another room which was not beach front. We were going to ask for a refund and we also had a booking.com confirmation to prove it was beach front. They finally gave us the villa we were meant to get but shouldn’t have had to put up a fight for it. Not good enough.

This hotel has a fantastic location and a very relaxed vibe, yet fails to capitalise on these.

The hotel location on the beach is fantastic. It is literally a few steps to the most picture perfect white sand beach. The staff in the main were very helpful.

The hotel - in it's literature - stated one price for transfers to the airport, then charged another. Leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. The hotel manager offered to help locating restaurants to eat in, yet never came back with anything. I would have thought that they would have such a listing for guests to peruse, especially as they don't make much use fo their own facilities for evening meals etc..

A good place for rest and recovery, and yet close to city life

The hotel has direct access to the beach and provides sunbeds and beach towels. The restaurant and the pool area music had healthy volume and nice, sometimes retro, music. The breakfast was a buffet. The room cleaning had been done daily; new towels and two bottles of water had been provided daily too. The staff was very kind and service minded. I had got a possibility for a late checkout for a small additional fee. The hotel is located a little to the side, within 10 minutes walking distance to the central Samui with nightlife and shopping.

Newly renovated rooms where everything was working fine. Located on the best part of the beach with sunbeds placed on the beach Quiet location, not disturbed by the noise in the city center, but still close to the center Happy hour in the bar from 2-4PM

Could be more variation on the breakfast options No fitness room No billiard table or other options for games The beach in front of the hotel is cleaned every day, but the sea and sea bottom has a lot of plastic waste.
