Había un chico que se llama Islem nos ayudó en absolutamente todo, muy agradable. Si no hubiese sido por él la noche en la que llegamos no habríamos comido. Muchas gracias Islem.

Que nos cobraron mucho más de lo que se estipulaba en booking.com, el desayuno era pobre y no nos gustó nada.

When I asked for a taxi they did not call anyone. They told me breakfast was available from 8 to 12 but at 9 thery were still washing the floor and we did not have breakfast before 10

The internet was not good, it was cut off many times and for long periods .

This is advertised as an apartment. There is only a microwave, no cooking facilities, no sink in the 'kitchen". There are 2 glass cups, no other glasses, some dirty plates and soup bowls and some cutlery. It was OK. The beds were very comfortable.

Don't expect a fully equipped apartment

The apartment was a bit more spacious than a hotel room so that was nice. When advertising an apartment I expect some kitchen utensils and cutlery. There was a stove and 2 pots, a couple of dirty plates and dirty glasses and no cutlery at all. It depends on which apartment you get allocated. We booked an apartment on 2 different dates and stayed in a different apartment every time. The 2nd apartment was a bit more modern, but had no kitchen sink or stove, only a microwave. The plates, cutlery and the 2 glass cups were all dirty. No glasses.

the internet was unreliable at best and the bed mattress was very worn

It was okay but absolutely too expensive

Breakfast was good but coffee was not included. The manager is very polite and I'm very happy he speaks English language.

Rooms are not clean as they should be and the beds not comfortable. There are no glass, cups, spoon, knives and similar available, but there is a small kitchen available in the room, so there should be some of these stuff.

Disappointed they didn’t help us carrying the bags out the hotel they just watch us struggling with

The breakfast was nice and delicious, the location was abet far for the tourists to go to see the most popular places in egypt

The rooms need to be more clean and renovated

Location, it’s the only property in Mokattem

The beds were made to give the impression it is clean. If you look closely it wasn’t clean and there was hair on the sheets. Our suspicion was confirmed when my son went to bed and found dirty socks from previous guests in the bed.

the good mood of some of the staff

I booked and had paid for accommodation and breakfast I paid for the coffee at breakfast because I also got juice!!! Also breakfast was awful !!!! No one came to clean the room , even to give clean towels.
