Confort garantizado

La amabilidad del personal, nos invitaron a un cocktail de bienvenida y fueron muy simpáticos y serviciales Nos dieron información muy detallada. Limpieza excelente de todo el hotel con olor a limpio Amenities. Ubicación excelente zona tranquila pero a un paseo del centro histórico y las playa, se puede ir caminando . Parking concertado cerca del hotel a 10 eros la noche

COLAZIONE CARENTE E PERSONALE ALLE COLAZIONI NON PROFESSIONALE E POCO CORTESE.

Ho apprezzato la pulizia della camera e la gentilezza e disponibilità della ragazza della reception, che ci ha accolti fornendoci molte informazioni sulle cose da visitare in zona.

Non mi sono piaciute: la posizione in quanto in zona troppo trafficata e satura di smog, essendo via Roma l'unica via di accesso al centro storico e la prima colazione, incompleta in quanto assenti frutta fresca e verdura fresche. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno (inizio di giugno), gli unici frutti freschi a colazione sono stati mele e arance. L'unica verdura finocchi. Anziche' frutta di stagione, abbiamo trovato, alternate ananas o pesche sciroppate! Inoltre il personale alle colazioni non e' affatto gentile, ancor meno disponibile e attento.

I would recommend to friends and family and not hesitate to use this hotel again in the future.

The location was excellent whether you drove or travelled by train.

The bed and pillows could have been a little more comfortable and no an extra blanket

Good location, brilliant service and delicious breakfast

Good location and the hotel was quite central to everything.

Although external services was able for washing clothes and ironing, the hotel didn’t have the fertilities for guest to iron their own clothes which most hotels do.

Nice room with a balcony, excellent breakfast, the beach, the old city and "Della-Rocca" are in a walking distance. private parking. the guys at the reception speaks excellent English and very helpful

no option to iron (this is a problem when coming with all the cloths in a suitcase...)

Nice location in Cefalu!

Good location right outside the Old Town. Private parking area available that was convenient without having to drive on narrow streets. Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet offered, an elevator is available, the rooms were quiet and comfortable. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

I have to say I was very disappointed in my stay at this hotel. The room was super noisy (close to the stairs so you heard every single foot step even when they were on the ground floor) and the breakfast was disgusting. Not a standard you would expect for a 4* hotel.

Convenient location, convenient parking, comfortable room. free bar beverage was a nice surprise. Deep bathtub. Good breakfast buffet.

I wish the beach connection had been open (not until mid-may) as there was nowhere to change into and out of swimsuits.

Convenient location

Clean well presented hotel. Good breakfast choice including local dishes. Conveniently located - beach 250m, railway station 275m, old town 700m, large supermarket 100m.

Avoid room 104 - noisy water pipes above.

Absolutely fabulous, we enjoyed every moment.

Delicious variety of food for breakfast. Not too early, and not rushed. Convenient location and short walk to the beach. Rented beach towels @ 5 euro each. Reduced rate for private beach through the hotel. Room was very comfortable. Used the minibar, safe, and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly.

The lack of a shower on the last day following check out at 11.00. We went to the beach, but needed to change prior to our flight later in the day. A shower would have been good. We did have use of a bathroom to change.

Great location, close to walk from train station, so close to the beach, laundry over the road, great room with nice balcony and fridge, good bathroom, all clean, lovely breakfast options, nice reception staff and lovely housekeeping lady!

Chaotic breakfast, staff has no system. Arrogant manager man with sunglasses hindering breakfast functionality.

Disappointing

This hotel is really well located, close to the train station which arrives in Cefalu and also 5 minutes to the beach. The breakfast is good for Italian standard and the hotel is modern and clean. The hot tub on the roof is a good surprise when you want to relax on the terrace. However I unfortunately would not stay here again.

Despite its good points, the noise in this hotel is unbearable. At 8 am every morning (or earlier) without fail the cleaning starts. This consists of constant banging, hoovering and indescribable noise, which is not a very nice way to wake up on holidays. I mentioned this to the staff and they agreed but stated they could not stop this. The air conditioning also only had two modes - extreme or off - there was no in between. I loved Cefalu and this hotel was perfect in many ways but I would not stay here again - not relaxing.

I specifically booked a stay with free parking for our car. When we arrived we we're told that is was not included in a very unfriendly way. We ended up having to park 3-500 meters from the hotel and pay 10 euros per day...

A hotel that compliments your stay in Cefalu

Excellent breakfast, happy and friendly staff, nice rooms, beautiful bathrooms, great location as it's a short walk from the beach, the town and the train station.

I wish the hotel could lend the visitors beach umbrellas and towels or a better discount at one of the beach clubs to rent beach chairs and umbrella as in high season they can be very expensive.
