Exceptional

The apartment is spacious. It has three bedrooms and a beautiful large living room. It is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Beach equipment is also available. Everywhere was very clean. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, but one of them is directly in the room. Apostolos was very kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this place

We had a wonderful stay at Faos apartment! The apartment was extremely spacious, very clean, nicely furnished and had all facilities you can think of! The location was also great near to the center of Agia Effimia! We would be very glad to come again anytime!

Nice place to relax and explore the island

Perfect location with amazing view from the balcony. Everything support to chill and relax)) Very close to the best beaches of the island. Apartment fully equipments for living. Totally helpful host Apostolos, welcome set with fruits and wine the best start of vacation)) We absolutely recommend!

Host was so friendly and helpful. Location great just few minutes walk to everything bit still quiet. Apartment was huge compared to most

It worked out quite expensive for 3 people but would easily be OK for 6 or more so that would make it really good value. The beds could have been comfier but I think pretty standard for Greece!

perfect 2 bedroom apartment in agia effimia, amazing views from the balcony and an amazing host !

It had everything we could possibly need, 3 beautiful balconies, right in agia effimia and near all the shops and restaurants, quiet and peaceful, and Apostolos who owns the place was attentive and a great host!

Lovely location in a pretty fishing village. Beautiful view from upstairs balcony - very relaxing! comfortable apartment with everything you need. Host, Apostolos, very welcoming and have us lots of useful information as well as leaving fruit and wine in the fridge for our arrival.

The best place in Kefalonia

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. It is located in Agia Effimia, a quiet town (with a small harbour and few nice tavernas) in the middle of the island: well positioned for visiting most of the best places in the island (Mirtos beach, Assos, Antisamos beach, Drogarati cave,…). The owner, Apostolos, is a kind person and gave us a lot of informations in order to enjoy our staying.

Second stay

Stayed here 6 years ago and still just as good (first time in many Greek holidays that we've been back to same the accommodation). Very spacious. Clean. Comfortable. Well equipped. Good WiFi. Apostolos very friendly and went out of his way to help. Quiet location with good views, just a 5 minute walk from supermarket and seafront restaurants. Woukd be happy to return.

We had an amazing time. Perfect apartment with the perfect host.

Lovely view of the harbour and sea. Very good location, just few minutes walk to the main square with lots of restaurants and bars, but again very relaxing. Incredibly kind and helpful host. He made huge efforts to make sure we had a great time. On arrival to the apartment Apostolos provided fresh fruit, wine, juice and everything else you needed to start the holiday and when we left, he even gave us a present to take home. What a gentlemen. The area and apartment felt very safe. I would highly recommend it.

Agia Efimia is small but so peaceful and has swim areas. Brilliant choice.

self catering apartment so no breakfast included. Location is ideal as within walking distance to town /harbour. we had a car so getting out of town is very easy. Agia Efimia is ideal for a base to explore the northern part of the island and Ithaka. Plenty of good restaurants for traditional Greek dishes.

Attic apartment has only 3 small balconies to sit out to enjoy the lovely view. Good though to have another small back balcony to hang clothing. We didn't have neighbours below when we came so I can't say much about proximity.
