Bom custo-benefício

Ficamos na suíte 902 e a vista é maravilha. Além disso os utensílios da mini cozinha eram novinhos e funcionais. Pedimos um berço e cadeirão para nosso bebê e fomos prontamente atendidos.

Processo de check in foi muito confuso, pois o sistema da empresa só aceita foto para validação da documentação. Se vc anexar documento em pdf o sistema não avança e não dá nenhuma informação sobre processo. Sistema deveria informar para usuário NÃO COLOCAR ANEXO, informando que a validação do check in só será possível se tirar foto com celular ou com câmera do notebook. O banheiro estava com cheiro ruim de esgoto, além disso o recipiente que fica na parede pra colocar shampoo dentro do box estava muito sujo. Não tem ducha higiênica ao lado do vaso sanitário e a localização da porta de vidro do box é péssima, pois bate na quina da pia com risco de quebrar o vidro. Localização é razoável, pois não é tão perto do centro histórico uns 2km, o que não é nada absurdo, mas pra quem tem mobilidade reduzida ou vai com crianças precisa ter ciência desse detalhe.

Das Apartment ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sauber, bequem und es hat alles an Ausstattung und die Waschmaschine ist ein plus+! Parkplatz findet sich immer in der Straße gleich vor dem Wohnblock. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen unmittelbar hat es davor. Die Kommunikation ist top um ins Apartment zu gelangen.

Ein bisschen langer Fussweg ins Zentrum, aber das weiss man beim buchen.

Lo consiglio!

Appartamento molto luminoso e pulito. Abbiamo prenotato per emergenza alle 20 di sera e dopo aver effettuato in modo rapido un check in online siamo riusciti ad entrare. Letti comodissimi, Wi-Fi ottima. Ci hanno offerto acqua, biscotti, cialde del caffè e birra!

Edificio un po' vecchietto, ma la stanza era perfetta!

The room was clean. All available facilities to facilitate a bodybuilders that cooks his own food. Bathroom neat and clean

1. The building the apartment is located in. 2. Elevators suck. The one door never opened on floor 11. I always had to go down one floor and take the stairs for one floor. 3. The apartment sliding door was very difficult to open and close. For a female, this will not do. To be fixed.

I would not recommend this holiday apartment to anyone. The apartment is incredibly small and located far away from everything. The noise from the neighbours is constant and the isolation is extremely poor. The smell coming from the tubes in the bathroom is unbearable and leaves a lasting impression on your holiday experience. To add to this, the view from the apartment is of a broken pool which only adds to the depressing atmosphere. There is no sense of being on holiday at all. Furthermore, safety is a concern as someone knocked on the door at night and spoke nonsense leaving us feeling uneasy and unsafe. The apartment offers no services or reception which adds to the sense of neglect. The electric doors and complicated locks which require the use of a phone only add to the frustrations of staying here. On arrival, the bathroom was dirty and there were dirty items left in the washing machine. Additionally, black hair was found throughout the bathroom leaving us questioning the cleanliness of the entire apartment. Overall this holiday apartment is not worth the hassle or money. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Overall a good experience.

The welcome snacks, water, milk, drinks and other basics like salt, oil and sugar in the unit was very thoughtful. Also loved the washing machine/drier! The unit is nice and modern, clean and offers a beautiful view.

Location was a bit further than expected, finding the unit was also a bit challenging, no clear markings on the building. Overall the building is a bit run-down and bathroom was smelly. Towels can be replaced and also only one wine glass. Also when we arrived only one bed was made despite the booking clearly stating 3 people.
