Given the things I didn't like, overall, I was happy with my stay in this hotel

The room is pretty decent. It's clean and the towels smelled good.

The bathroom exhaust fan is not working in my room and the placement of the mirror fronting the toilet door is a bit creepy for me.

it's pretty comfortable and is in a great location - at the back of Robinsons Place Bacolod - it's very convenient. the staff are fantastic. everything is great although it is not perfect, but it's really a great place!

the door. there's this alarm which continued making sounds when it's not properly closed, but we've properly closed the door but it still kept making noise. the tv. we weren't able to use it since there is no guide. no room slippers. no room telephone.

There is a little bit privacy since we could hear the other people on the other rooms thus it makes ug conscious in our conversations especially sensitive ones

could have been a five star experience were it not for the above experience.

Its location is very convenient, near Robinson’s Mall and few steps to the maind road where public utility vehicles abound.

My husband left his brand new very good quality and pricey tshirt and a short. I called reception to inform them abt it. The lady who answered my call told me to wait for her call as she will inquire from housekeeping if they saw the left items. In no time she called back to tell me that accdg to housekeeping no such items were recovered. I thought of 2 scenarios: 1. An unauthorized person was able to gain access to the room-which is highly unlikely since the doors to the rooms are electronically locked(which shows that GoHotels give premium on guests’ security) ; 2. Somebody from housekeeping who cleaned the room after we left saw the left item, took a liking to it and did not report it to appropriate dept/reception so that it may inform concerned guest abt the same as what reception has told me earlier. I am disappointed.

For the price, it was good. Ideally the room is being clean daily - not in my case.

The price was reasonable. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Convenient parking. Lobby clean.

Room was not clean enough. Room a bit old. Wifi not reliable.

Superb

Location was great. Close to all the transactions and meetings that I have in town. Near to malls and dining venues.

Water pressure was alittle bit low. Have to wait for it to go back to normal pressure so i can go take a nice warm shower. Lighting in the bathroom is quite dim. It would be better to have a adequate lighting.

Overall, it was a good experience but please at least put some storage for your customers to put in.

Rooms serve their purpose. Conveniently located right next to a Mall. Very close proximity to my office in Bacolod. You got almost everything you need within close distance to the hotel. Water stations are conveniently placed every floor. Staff were all nice.

Beds were hard. There are no cabinets or places you can hang or store your clothes in. The place was so noisy and all noise from the corridors were amplified. Hotel guests who have their own vehicles are always looking for parking spaces coz these are usually taken by Mall goers in the day time.

Affordable accommodation just beside a mall

Room is spacious enough for 2 adults. Location and security is good. Bed is comfortable and clean.

Shower knobs were functional but with dents and were easily detached. The bathroom/CR floor of room 323 is leaking. Sometimes, there is low water pressure.

The staff is courteous. Location was beside Robinsons Place Bacolod. Public transportation is accessible.

The toilet was clogged. They tried to fix it several times but every time we use it it just back flows. Don’t stay at room 110. They let us use room 115 for the toilet. It was a hassle. They could have moved us to another room. The AC was stuck at temp 18 degrees but it was too warm. We only stayed during the night so every time we come back we were too tired to argue. I asked if we could be moved but they said all other rooms are occupied. How about room 115 where we used the toilet? I don’t want to spoil our trip so I did not make a big deal out of it.

Price was reasonable.

1. Check in process took over an hour even though the receptionist knew we were coming in late. She didn’t give us the rooms that were ready until all of the rooms are. Once checked in, she gave us the wrong room numbers for queen/twin beds. 2. No toiletries available in the room.

Location

Blood stains on the sheets and a smell of smoke in the room. Won't be staying there again
