スタッフの人が皆さんすごく良い方ではありました。上から見る景色が最高なのと、プールが綺麗だったです

お風呂が全然お湯にならず、そのことで文句を言ったところ、やっぱり治らなかったまた、天井から雨漏りみたいなものがどんどん落ちてきて、お風呂が入れませんお湯にならないと言うところが、ものすごくストレスになり、これを改善してくれたらもっと良いホテルだと思います

Thank you so much for being kind and taking care of us while staying at this property.

The property was brand new, clean and luxury. The villa was so private and the pool is quite big. The staff were so helpful and kind to me. They did upgrade my stay because i was discomforted with the first villa as i found some ants in the bed. They directly upgraded my vstay to a new villa without any extra charge.

部屋のインフィニティプール。全面窓の寝室からのオーシャンビュー。モダンデザインの客室。バラエティに富んた朝食。アプリ（チェックイン時にQRコードが提示される）から敷地内の移動用カートを呼んだり、フロントとの連絡などができて便利でした。

奥まった場所にあり周辺にはお店がありません。ホテル内での食事はメインダイニング、バー、ルームサービスのみのため、スナックや日焼け止め、お土産品などを扱うショップがあったらよかった！

Sehr schönes Hotel mit atemberaubender Aussicht, super Service !

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und riesig. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab eine große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Die Lage war top, etwas abgelegen, aber für meinen Aufenthalt genau richtig.

L’accès à la chambre trop compliqué avec des voitures type transport de troupe , oreillers pas confortable, le plan de la chambre avec la douche à l’arrière et la baignoire inconfortable dans un lieu sombre et peu accueillant, le restaurant un peu trop hall de gare .mauvaise information temps de transport pour faire une excursion

Wonderful saty

I was a little hesitant at the time of booking. But I found then the resort is very huge and nice. The service is fast, the dealings are elegant, and the person in charge, Mrs. Mink, is extremely professional. My husband needed medication, so the reception staff contacted the hospital to ensure its availability. They are so wonderful and I would definitely recommend the resort and would love to come back

The naka is the write place to have a relaxation

Every thing was amazing the villa was perfect the hotel fully of happiness by the view. The staff was so kindly and respectful with me and i got a problem with the reservation date they fixed it

Totally recommend the place! It was a much needed retreat and would definitely come back.

The staff were super friendly. The place is very well maintained and clean!

There were ants that would go into any snacks or food you might have in the villa or outside, but it wasn’t much of an issue!

Overall it was excellent with amazing views, staff, and service was amazing! Food was amazing!

Property was beautiful!

The sliding glass doors didnt lock but staff was understanding and moved us rooms!

New Year’s Eve party pretty boring ( entertainment wise) but the buffet was excellent. only one restaurant for all meals
