Great stay and would stay again If needed

Great location, easy to access and clean and modern

Could have done with some home comforts and some more basic facilities such as more tea and milk. Felt a bit stingey

Found a little gem when booking last minute.

Last minute booking didn’t disappoint. Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Tea and coffee provided. Toiletries in the bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Close to the centre of town. Lift to the floors was handy with a suitcase. Easy instructions to access the building. Cannot wait to stay again!

Not the properties fault but although the car park was very close it was hard to find, maybe using what3words would make it easier rather than driving around the roundabout 10 times!

Disappointed

Convenient location to the town centre. Nice compact apartment but not as big as the photos shown.

Lacked some basic essentials for a long stay. No forks, no hand soap, no coat hangers, no blackout blinds or curtains, so the rooms are very bright in the early hours and the shower ran hot then cold. Unfortunately, we stayed in a front facing apartment facing onto probably the busiest round about in chester. The traffic noise was relentless from the buses not stopping until after midnight until the tescos delivery van arriving at 5.30am. No sleep, so we had to buy ear plugs! I contacted the company to request a room change and report missing items but messages we're ignored. I would not recommend staying here.

Nothing terrible place

No remote controls for the TVs No iron or hairdryer rotten food left under the sink blinds don't keep out the light noise outside is terrible due to takeaways open till 4 in the morning

Noisy but nice

Location central to the city centre

Continuous noise / shouting etc each night until 5pm suspect the groups making the noise weren't residents as the noise only came from the corridors and entrance areas

Was a lovely stay.. we would love to stay again!

The property was very close to the centre, had a lively atmosphere not far from the outside.

There is no free parking on site (this is stated when booking) parking is £7 a day and is literally a 2 minute walk to the apartment so not the worse case scenario!

Perfect little spot for anniversary weekend!

We stayed in apartment 7 which was on the corner so had plenty of sunlight and was decorated very nicely. The main selling point is the great location! A 60 second walk away from some bars/pubs/restaurants, but far away enough to be nice and quiet. Also very handy having a Tesco Express across the road!

There wasn't any soap provided, which I think should be standard. Blackout blinds in the bedroom would've been great because the room got very light early in the morning which would be disruptive for light sleepers.

Some of the towels needed cleaning, they had stains and hair on them. TV in living room didn’t work, as it wasn’t connected to the internet. Couldn’t fix this so had to use one in the bedroom instead

Super apparement proche du centre ville

Le logement est super confortable et bien décoré. La localisation est idéale, proche du centre ville (10min à pied). Le lit est trop confortable.

Le logement n’était pas très bien chauffé, nous avions un peu froid parfois. L’eau chaude s’arrêtait à certains moments, c’était un peu dérangeant surtout au moment de la douche.

Great quality accommodation and location for a city break

The location was really good - close to the centre. A very comfortable bed, helpful that we were able to sort out food on site. Spotlessly clean. Clear directions and information about how to get in touch if there were any problems. Recommended.

No real issues. The closest car park was fine but to extend our stay we needed to leave the car park for 30 mins before we could pay for the next 24 hrs. Not a major problem and we were able to sort it out.

Lovely Apartment, Great Location.

# Easy check in and great communication from Alex. # Apartment was very clean and a good size for 2 people. # Location was brilliant, plenty of bars and restaurants close plus Tesco opposite the apartment. # price was very good and when staying in Chester we will definitely go back here.

# Nothing, even when there was a slight issue Alex sorted it within minutes. He was very helpful and we appreciated how quickly he sorted everything out.

Smelly drains

Location and apartment was lovely.

We had a horrible smell coming from drains in shower room. I am a plumber and I know that somewhere there is a ventilation problem with the drains. Kept waking us up as smell was coming under door this was also unpleasant using bathroom.

Not very royal disappointed

Location

It was dirty as the sofa had marks on. No toiletries a bar of soap. Very little utensils. For the money you would have expected shower gel and shampoo. The hygiene should be top draw. Hair on my towel when I arrived.

Absolutely wonderful!

Very clean, easy to access, literally a couple minute walk into the city centre!

One night there was some kind of a house party next door to us in which till 4:45am there was shouting and music banging, I don’t usually mind if people are having a party however I did not appreciate being kept up till that time in the morning, especially as it was the night of mine and my partners anniversary, this is of no fault of the owner or the property, just the youths who decided to have their party!

Rough area, unclean apartment.

Unfortunately not very clean. A pre bottled soap wash was left on the sink, which we moved to use and there was a mould ring underneath, suggesting it had been there for some time and that sink had not been cleaned properly. There were cracks all down the wall above the bed and it was extremely noisy as the flat faced the street. In a very rough part of Chester.
