Atendimento muito bom, restaurante com boas opções e um preço bem razoável. O café da manhã atendeu minhas expectativas.

A limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar. Tendo em vista que fiquei hospedado por quase uma semana. Não fizeram a troca dos lençóis.

Pior lugar que me hospedei na vida

Pousada próxima do aeroporto! Em torno de 4 km

Não entendo porque tem tantas avaliações positivas nessa pousada!!!! Preço exorbitante pelo que oferece!!! A localização é próxima do aeroporto mas o local é ermo e não dá sensação de segurança! Cama dura como pau! Roupas de cama péssimas, toalhas finas e espetantes! Higiene péssima, azulejos do banheiro lotados de limo por todo canto, piso do quarto de pedra são tomé e nunca viu uma máquina de lavar, estando totalmente encardido! Nos hospedamos somente para dormir e pela proximidade do aeroporto, porque nosso vôo saía muito cedo! Solicitamos a reserva de um táxi e a atendente mandou a gente se aventurar na rua, para descobrir contato de algum taxista que pudesse nos atender! Disse que os taxistas que a pousada indica estavam viajando! Total má vontade e nem aí para a nossa preocupação e desespero! Foi um alívio sair de lá! Não acreditem nessas avaliações! É uma casa que reformaram e fizeram de pousada!

Perfeita! Nota mil

Simplesmente tudo, muito verde, a limpeza do local nota mil, o atendimento dos funcionários excelente, limpeza dos quartos, tem estacionamento, ótima localização e café da manhã bem farto . Eu amei a minha estadia, deu para descansar bastante. Super recomendo, e voltarei mais vezes com certeza.

Amei tudo, muitas opções, pães e bolos, frutas, sucos e vou deixar como sugestão incluir raizes (aipim, batata doce, banana da terra e um mingau).

La atencion del personal. Solo una recepcionista en la tarde atenta.Tuve que pagar hospedaje y comidas con tarjeta, pues no tenian cambio para darme. No pudieron conseguir un taxi para llegar al aeropuerto, tuve que salir a negociar con un taxista. Tenian un chofer que salio por el feriado de Pascuas y no dejo remplazo. Muchas restricciones en los espacios abiertos, ( no pisar el pasto, no andar sin remera en la zona de piscina,no escuchar musica,no consumir nada que no fuera comprado en el restaurante, etc). De la carta de comidas, no habia ni la mitad de las cosas ofrecidas.

O quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, quarto sujo de poeira e pó de madeira feita por cupim, cheiro de mofo e o ar do quarto que estava não estava gelando pois o ar era muito antigo

Ótimo custo benefício, para uma pequena estadia.

A localização é excelente para quem precisa estar perto do aeroporto, são 12 min de carro, e a pousada disponibiliza de transfer o que já ajuda muito, porque o Uber ali na região não é muito bom. O hotel é pequeno mas tem uma área de piscina bem confortável. Para uma estadia curta, é um ótimo custo benefício. Tive um problema com a minha hospedagem onde pedi um quarto e cheguei lá tinham colocado outro, mas a recepcionista se movimentou e arrumou tudo muito rápido!

A cozinha é bem limitada, pedi um suco as 21:50 e eles já não faziam mais, a cozinha fecha às 22h, para utilização de talheres ou outros utensílios para comer no quarto, eles cobram taxa, achei meio desnecessário.

I would not come back

the location is good if you need to stay close to the airport. the pool is well located in front of the breakfast area, has good chairs and it was clean, very good for the kids. the garden of the hotel is nice and green, well looked after, pleasant to be around and my kids loved to play with the cats they had in there.

this hotel could be great if they paid attention to some details. The towels were stained and smelled bad, those were the worst hotel towels I’ve seen in my life, mine had even an orange stain. the bed linen was also of bad quality and only one sheet covering the mattress, which didn’t stay on place in the night. lastly, the food at breakfast was mostly re-heated food. they had a massive variety of breads and “salgados” but the food wasn’t fresh. the cheese bread was hard like a rock and my kids couldn’t eat it. it is not hard to buy frozen cheese bread and put in the oven in the morning! they could reduce the amount of food, but offer only fresh and made on the day food. the small 3 changes above would make a huge difference for this hotel!!

Staff at the Paradise is absolutely AMAZING ! Every single one that I had to deal with, was so professional, kind and helpful. My special thanks to MAIARA, JULIANA and JAMILE. Very short distance from the airport.

Food.

Dirty, moldy, smelly room, unorganized and over-relaxed service, under remodeling construction so no way to rest during the day, terrible neighborhood so no way to walk around. A total disaster.

Nice pool, huge breakfast offering, clean cosy room, comfy bed, very close to airport. I can't fault the pousada, it was perfect for my one-night stay to break up a journey.
