Not the Benjamin's

Free coffee and snacks in the lounge.

We had to change rooms twice due to AC not working 2nd room was broken toilet seat 3rd room TV only worked after the 2nd day Some of the Reception staff were not very friendly.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

Room size was excellent. Breakfast was good. Lobby facilities were excellent as was free refreshment provided 24/7. Staff generally were friendly. Small inconveniences with check-in misunderstandings regarding special requests to do with disability (walk-in showers) and free breakfast, but was all sorted out on arrival. Parking provided was ideal for guests, especially with disability

There was nothing we did not like, but rooms could have been serviced earlier in the day. The absence of a senior manager for late check in problems was noticeable, although this was overcome by contacting someone at home finally.

The hotel isn't managed professionally. My room wasn't very clean and the shower and lighting didn't work properly

The location was great. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Aside from the couple of deficiencies, I enjoyed my stay

Front desk staff was wonderful. The all day self service for drink and food was very nice

The bathroom definitely needed renovating/clean up. No plugs in the bathroom and antiquated hair dryer. A better description of standard vs deluxe room would have been nice, as I feel I paid more for nothing more. The breakfast buffett was weak

Very poor

Location, good bed.

Very poor infrastructure, team was not pro active and showed no interesting in attend. Bathroom was clearly needing a reform, water went to all over the floor
