A éviter.

Lit confortable.

Propreté très médiocre tant dans la chambre que dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner cher pour ce qui est proposé.

petit déjeuner très correct, oreillers trop souples

les 2 premiers jours très bon contact, puis la nuit du 17 un reproche a été fait pour la propreté du drap de la housse de couette sans qu'il y ait une amélioration, ce matin la personne que nous avions eu la fois précédente en a été étonné, cette personne est d'ailleurs aimable et professionnelle

Pas le meilleur des Ibis Budget mais fait le boulot pour 1 nuit.

Notre demande du 3e lit au sol et non superposé a été respecté. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et en quantité suffisante.

La qualité de la literie (bruyant avec les plastiques) et les oreillers qui devraient être plus épais. Le nettoyage de la salle d’eau et surtout la douche (traces de moisissures sur les joints)

Bon rapport qualité prix.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, personnel agréable, petit déjeuné simpliste mais complet. Le seul petit bémol est le manque de rangement dans la chambre, aucun placard, tout le reste est parfait pour le prix.

We were on our way from a vacation in Nice and we were heading to Marseille Airport as we had booked our flights from there, and the hotel constituted an affordable place to get a hot shower and sleep the night to head to the airport in the morning. The staff was friendly

The hotel's location is in an industrial area, but convenient as it is close to a shopping mall and restaurants.

- The windows were dilapidated, and the blinds let in the light as soon as the sun rose - The floor in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. There were dirty sticky traces like dried syrup on the floor. - There is no hot milk at the breakfast. - You had to enter a code to open the door to the rooms, to open my room, any code worked.

Avoid if possible this hotel.

Nothing good can be said about it.

All was pathetically bad. Shower area meant for lean people. Breakfast bad. Rooms smelling. A/C not very cooling.

Disgusting

I booked 9 rooms and all of them were terrible. Every room had a defect from broken showers (which most rooms had) to dirty sheets which 4 rooms had. My own room had a broken shower tray, hair on the bed and inside the bed and was generally dirty.

One of the worst places I have ever been

Room with dirty floor, broken furniture. Dirty bathroom, with dust and mold, drain that did not work. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. In a ugly city region .

Good value for money; friendly staff; slightly remote location.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of choice for lunchtime eating a few steps away. A very decent buffet breakfast. Free wifi.

Although all open at lunchtime, not one of the bistros adjacent was open in the evenings, with nowhere to eat at that time. The hotel is located on the edge of an quiet business zone, so a trip into Aubagne centre is necessary. Fortunately a bus stop right outside, with Route #1 free-of-charge to the retail park and town centre. A good place for an overnight, but not for long stays, especialky if you are without your own transport. The hotel's breakfast is fine, but when that is finished, all that's there are two vending machines and a microwave. The Klix coffee was black only, and dreadful.

Fine for a very short stay; some more facilities needed. Complicated by CoVID, of course.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff on Reception, who also had excellent English. Large and code-secure car park immediately adjacent. A good place to meet a couple of visitors to conclude a personal purchase.

COVID had shut down ALL the nearby places to eat, which made life difficult, because the hotel is situated a long way from any shopping or places to eat. No drink-making facilities in the room. No food available, except the included breakfast.

There was a smell of chemicals in the room. It was written that the front desk is open 24 hours; there was nobody there. When calling to stuff, the phone rang at reception... Road to parking is terrible, no lights. I hit the car from bottom... :/
