Our Dalyan home is a charming two storey villa surrounded by mature trees and shrubs with its own large private pool. The villa sleeps 6/8 in three main bedrooms (4th bedroom sleeps 2 but is in attic) and has two bathrooms with modern walk-in showers. The three double bedrooms have AC units. The attic room has a standing fan. The living room has ceiling fans. The three main bedrooms have their own private balconies with magnificent views of the mountains in all directions. The villa has all modern conveniences. In the garden there is a stone BBQ and two terraces (front and back of house) for alfresco dining. Villa Bahce is in a relatively quiet part of Dalyan surrounded by a small number of newly-built houses, and a few fields, yet only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town with its many shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is situated in the beautiful nature reserve of Dalyan in the Aegean region of Turkey connecting to the Mediterranean. The area has an incredible amount to offer from the famous Iztuzu turtle nesting beach, the many ancient ruins and the mud-baths to bird-watching in the nature reserve.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bahce, it is in a great location, local restaurants are minutes away as are a couple of good shops that stock all your essentials,the main town and larger shops are only a 10-15 minute walk, the villa has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, we loved the pool area and gardens, especially the pool which was kept very clean and had steps into it which is quite rare in Türkiye, the hosts are on hand should there be any problems, (which there weren’t)
All in all we had a lovely time and if we return to Dalyan this villa will be at the top of our list.

We had a great 9-day stay at this villa, the owners Aygen and Jon were great at communicating from day 1 and throughout our stay, whenever we had a question or a minor technical snag with an appliance, it was sorted out within the day which is appreciated when you're on holidays. The welcome from their relatives in Dalyan was heart-warming and made us feel immediately at home. The villa is practically laid out. We loved the choice between the two terraces depending on where the sun was and the pool is of good size, surrounded by beautiful shrubs and trees, giving you some privacy from the other villas albeit not fully but enough.
It's got everything for a comfortable stay. It can get a bit hot in the lounge as there's no AC there, but the 3 overhead fans with an additional stand-alone fan and closed shutters during the day helped. Although AC there would be a plus, not having any helped to keep us adapted to the heat! The top bedroom in the attic also gets hot, there are two fans to help, but in the end, our two sons decided to share the double bedroom with AC. There's often a nice breeze so opening all the windows in the evening helped and thanks to the mosquito screens there was no mosquito inside.
Another great feature of this villa is its superb location relative to Dalyan's centre, a few minutes walk to it, or to the Saturday market, and only a few minutes walk to the river and the great restaurants there. There are two shops nearby which is very practical.

Love staying at Villa Bahce. A lovely spot amidst beautiful gardens on the outskirts of central Dalyan area- a 10 min stroll. The house is spotless, comfortable and well equipped and a real home from home. We loved it as much as staying here last year. The local supermarket is just a very short stroll up the road and is extremely well stocked. We absolutely love the secluded pool area and the quietness in the stunning, well kept garden. Neighbours are friendly and helpful. Recommend Villa Bahce 100%. Any issues are quickly dealt with efficiently.

There is a lot to like about Villa Bahce. It is ideally located in a residential area close to restaurants and small shops and only a short, easy walk to the main town. It is a 3 bedroomed house which was immaculately presented and extremely well-equipped as a holiday home but more like a home from home. The owners have really made a superb effort to think of everything and anything you might need to enjoy a restful and comfortable stay. The pool was excellent, the garden delightful and we enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing two weeks. Communication with the owners was first class and they helpfully arranged a private taxi transfer from Dalaman using a local company - HeyDalaman - who were extremely professional and very good value for money (£30 transfer fee one way). We also used HeyDalaman to book a couple of excursions and hired a car for a few days. Once again, they could not have been more helpful. We also loved Dalaman as a location. It is colourful, friendly and extremely welcoming with something for everyone. We found lovely authentic Turkish restaurants at very reasonable prices but all tastes are catered for with fast-food, pizza and burger bars plus Chinese and Mexican options if thats what you wanted! There is plenty to do and see in the town and locally with many varied excursions available. We have travelled extensively and have used VRBO many times and I can honestly say that Villa Bahce is among the very best of rental properties which we recommend unreservedly.

We had an amazing holiday staying here, plenty or room and the pool is just fantastic. Just a short walk into town with everything you need. I'd definitely recommend staying here. (one thing to note, probably not suitable for young children as the pool has no shallow end)

This is such a lovely villa and we had a totally awesome time here. Just wish it was a longer stay. The house is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The gardens are fabulous and the pool behind the property just wonderful. We cannot fault the stay at all. Aygen’s family in the area stayed in touch and were so lovely and helpful. I really do hope that I can book another stay as the villa is a short walk to Dalyan central and a great place to be based. Thoroughly lovely stay and recommend the villa 100%.

We had intended to stay at your home in 2020, but Covid struck and we had to wait until we felt able to travel - and we were so glad that we chose your property again. We tend to visit Dalyan every 4-5 years and we can think of no better holiday home than Villa Bahce.
Please extend our thanks to your aunt Canser who was able to sort out some problems we had with our airport transfers. We might use "hey dalyan" next time!

Lovely villa with all that we needed for a fantastic holiday. Good location easy walking distance to bars restaurants and the river. Pool area well maintained and pool depth great for swimming with easy access via stone steps much preferable to a ladder.

A beautiful villa in good location with a fantastic pool and garden. It was very clean and well equipped. The property managers were lovely and couldn't do enough for us, even ringing the taxi company on our behalf. Teşekkürler !

Lovely, relaxing holiday
We enjoyed staying at Villa Bahçe, and had a very relaxed stay. The villa is a traditional Turkish style and very comfortable.
We spent the majority of our time outside on one of the two terraces or by the pool. The garden area is beautiful and we loved the jasmine around both terraces, the smell was fabulous during the evening! The pool was cleaned early every morning, so was always ready to use when we wanted it.
It was an easy walk into town, took around 10 minutes at a casual stroll. The Dalyance Hotel just a 1 minute walk away was great for the evenings we were too lazy to walk into town, the food was excellent. Handy Şevikoglu supermarket for any supplies just across the road.
Aygen and Jon welcomed us on our arrival and introduced us to Çanser, Aygen's aunt who was available to contact if we needed any help.
We would recommend Villa Bahçe and stay again in the future. Thank you Aygen, Jon and Çanser.

Another marvellous stay. Six of us stayed this time around & we all loved it. The privacy afforded by Villa Bahce is a real advantage but it’s close enough to all amenities too. I also fell in love with the beautiful cat family. For those people considering Villa Bahce, you won’t be disappointed.

Only one thing, we were all severely bitten by Mosquitos in the first few days and some of the burning anti-mosquito coils would have helped a lot around the pool. I have bought these on previous holidays but you can't seem to get them now in Dalyan so my advice is to take some with you.

Beautiful property in lovely gardens with an amazing pool.. Having stayed in Dalyan before but not in that area, I found that I preferred the quietness in that area, but it was still an easy stroll into the town.. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful charming villa in a perfect location
We had two lovely weeks in this wonderful villa that is at the top of Gulpinar - home of many fine restaurants - but is just far enough out to be quiet and peaceful. The garden is very well kept and a glorious array of colourful plants, flowers and trees make it private and secluded. Sitting outside on the patio to have breakfast you also have a wonderful view of the mountains. The villa itself is in a traditional Turkish style and all the more charming for it. The owners are lovely and very helpful and it has all the amenities you could possibly want. We will definitely be going back.

Perfect Again!
Our 2nd stay at Villa Bahce & once again it was faultless. A real homely feel with plenty of storage areas and more than adequate facilities if you wish to spend the day & evening within the villa itself. Minutes from the nearest small supermarket & first bar of many. 7-10 minutes walk into town & a little less to the river. Hopefully we’ll return with greater numbers next year. Very good service, quick responses, the house was very clean, esp. the garden is very beautiful and full of flowers, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent and although the neighbourhood is a little bit outside of town and nice & quiet, you are only a short walk from the centre! A pleasantly located holiday escape
My wife and I arrived at Villa Bahce on the first night of our honeymoon and received a lovely welcome, with bougainvillea and jasmine flowers decorating the sitting room and our bed along with an equally appreciated bottle of wine!
The Villa itself is comfortable and, although we chose to eat out during our stay, was well equipped for those who would wish to self-cater. One slight drawback was, due to the 40deg+ temperature, the AC struggled to cope sometimes, but hey, we went there for the heat!
The pool and surrounds are beautiful and well maintained. The villa's name accurately describes it's style (look it up!).

Just perfect! Can't wait to stay again.
We just loved our stay at Villa Bahce. The villa was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms had ample storage with the master bedroom having a safe - the beds and pillows in all rooms were comfortable and the views from all 3 balconies were superb. The outside areas were lovely too, the gardens were superb as was the pool area. There were areas where you could escape the heat of the sun if you wanted to. The privacy that the villa afforded you was great, not being overlooked at all was a treat. Location wise you are about 7 minutes from the riverside walk and 2 minutes from the nearest bar and small shop, with another 5 minutes or so before you hit town. We were fortunate to be greeted by Aygen herself and throughout her communication was prompt and courteous. It was also a pleasure to meet Canser (Aygen's aunt).
In short we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it felt like our home too and we can't wait to return.

Villa Bahce
Villa Bahce certainly is "The Garden Villa". The villa has obviously been recently refurbished with new bathrooms and travertine sunbathing areas around the pool. The villa is equipped with everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The garden and grounds are delightful with lots of new planting that will blossom over the next few weeks and months. The birds, bats and owls kept us entertained during our evening BBQ's. We were greeted by the owners uncle and made to feel very welcome and told about the many things to do around Dalyan. We also met the owners mother who was very welcoming and helpful. What lovely people! We loved the peace and tranquillity of the area being out of the main bustle of the town but just a short stroll away along the river walk. Just around the corner is a fantastic restaurant "KervanSaray Ocakbasi" with Memet at the helm, probably the best fillet steak in town. We must also mention the village shop opposite, run by a very nice family, stocking everything we needed. It's a big thank you to Aygen & John for a lovely holiday and we wish them every success for the future. We will certainly book again another year!
