All 3 bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, plush linens and lots of storage. Brand new, industrial double front doors have recently been installed by the condo association. Guests also have open access to the penthouse clubhouse 3 doors down from the unit! With open seating, bar area, TV and community library it is a perfect place to relax and unwind. There's plenty of seating for any sized group should you wish to host a gathering, or you can just enjoy weekly social activities with other guests and residents. The view is spectacular from every direction in this comfortable, large club room!

Ride the Glass Elevator, one of three elevators in the building, to the top floor as you and your children take in bird's eye views of the Intracoastal Waterway and setting sun. The premises are well-maintained, private and secured. The large pool and BBQ area steps down onto the world-famous Florida surfer beach. Beach, pool, hot tub, sauna, shower...you get the idea.
