You can quickly get anywhere in town, it's just 5 miles from downtown, 3 miles from Vanderbilt and Belmont University. The home is 2 blocks from a bus station, Walking distance (within one mile) to several restaurants and shops. It has a wooded hilly backyard. Visit Belle Meade Plantation, Steeplechase, Country Music Hall of Fame, Blue Bird Cafe and more. Bike to the greenways that are less than a mile away. Deer often graze in the backyard in the evenings.

The neighborhood is Hillwood, which is close to the hip Sylvan Park, and elegant Belle Meade neighborhoods, on the west side of downtown. It's a convenient 10 minute drive to downtown, it's easy to hop on interstate 40 or 440. Percy Warner has hiking trails, golf, and horses. And you’ll find farmer’s markets on Saturday all around.

Walking and Public Transit:
The McCabe park greenways and public golf course are less than a mile away, that you walk to. You can also walk to a Target and several stores and restaurants within 1 mile. There is a bus stop 2 blocks away from the home that will take you to downtown and the airport. Lyft and Uber are also available as car rides for hire, cheaper than cabs, about $12 to downtown.
