The house was very well maintained and as advertised. The spaces were great for gathering and spending time, and I appreciated not having ta long list of to-dos at the end of our stay.

Such a wonderful stay! Everything was clearly outlined. Huge space for our multi generational group. Everyone loved the home and was super comfortable. My dad even wanted me to take pictures to get design ideas for a future home. Superb layout! Pool was enjoyed by all! Quiet, upscale neighborhood! Made for a memorable graduation weekend for my son from SMU. Thank you!!! Memories for a lifetime! Definitely would stay here again!!

Plenty of room and a great space.

The venue was perfect for our mini-family reunion. The house was exactly as depicted in photos and description. We had plenty of room to relax and the kitchen was well appointed. The ping pong tables were a big hit.

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it. Covid kept us away after that, so we were thrilled to return. The location can’t be beat with close proximity to just about everything. There’s a path for walking or jogging not too far out the front door. The home itself is spacious and clean and well-supplied. We had a big group of 7 adults and 5 kids, so could have used a few extra bath towels. But there were plenty of beach towels. Too cold to swim but the hot tub was enjoyed by all. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We hope to return again!’

My husband's family meets every year in Dallas for the Red River Showdown. This year we decided to bring our kids and friend of mine and her family for them to all hang out at the house and enjoy a mini vacation. The house was absolutely beautiful, very large for all of the kids to run around, the details of the home were posted throughout and answered any questions we had. We did pay the added amount for the pool to be heated. The kids expressed one day that they thought it wasn't very warm and the property owners jumped on our concern very swiftly. They were wonderful the days leading up to our stay and readily available throughout our stay. We received nothing but great feedback from our family and friends and will most likely try to stay again next year.

When we first walked into the house the house smelled SO strongly of marijuana, we thought oh maybe it’s just cologne or cleaning supplies. The kiddos wanted to swim so we just started unpacking and all went to the pool. That’s where we found left over joints crushed by the pool- therefore we knew it was what we were smelling. I contacted the managers and they were aware of the problem and tried to air it out before our stay. We also had a toilet that was not bolted to the floor which we mentioned and they fixed it within 24 hours. The pool vacuum cleaner was also broken so they came and removed that the second day but nothing was provided in its place so the pool got pretty dirty. The pool itself was great in size but the maintenance on the pool is lacking. There are several cracked tiles and/or missing tiles throughout the pool. The pool slate tile outside of the pool gets very hot from the sun so I would recommend bringing a canopy to help shade the tile. Also an hand-bar entry into the pool would be nice for the elderly trying to enter and exit the pool. The hot tub was also missing maybe close to 20 jets. The cleanliness of this “luxury house” was disgusting. Our kiddos played blocks on the ground in front of the fire place and their feet and knees were black with dirt. The adults feet were black by just walking around to the rooms etc. it’s clear the floors were not clean. The bed I slept in had crumbs in the sheets and dried contacts from previous guests. The master bathroom did not have any hot water besides the first day. There was no ice maker as described in the listing; it appears it was removed from the wet bar. The layout of the house was great and the beds were comfy- we enjoyed having fans in the rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked as described (minus having enough steak knives for 13 people). Overall this property gets 3 stars as it did provide a nice place for our family to gather and create memories. It was the price we paid and the lack of attention to detail which brings our review down. Blake was friendly and fixed the toilet within 24 hours, which we appreciate. The management staff responded quickly to our messages. Location of the house is great and we felt very safe.

We traveled for the 4th of July and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean & they had endless amenities for all ages. The kids enjoyed the pool, ping pong, and corn hole. We will most definitely visit again!

We stayed here while our daughters were in soccer tournament. We were able to spread out and relax. Garage keypad never worked so was challenging getting on and out of house. We asked on that with no response. Other than that everything was perfect for what we needed.

We will definitely be back again. This home is beautifully decorated and they had everything you would need. Loved the rain shower and the pool💙

Home is gorgeous with plenty of space. Great details down to bedding and towels. Pool is lovely. Perfect place for our girls’ getaway.

I celebrated my 44th birthday here with a group of 10 friends. It was the perfect place for us. I loved the pool table in the livingroom, comfy couches and beds, spacious kitchen and had plenty if space for my guests to sleep comfortably. Weather didn't allow us to enjoy the pool/jacuzzi during our stay but I will definitely be back to enjoy them at a later date. The property manager Amparo was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions right away. This house looks just like the pictures and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This was an awesome location, easy to get to downtown and anywhere in Dallas for that matter. Huge house with plenty to do. Ping pong, corn toss, pool, hot tub and swim . Very easy to get a hold of the property manager, and he even checked in with us to make sure we found everything ok. Would definitely stay again .

This is a very spacious and nice property in a very nice neighborhood. It has a great kitchen and dining area. We would certainly stay there again.

Plenty of space and awesome location for a family and friends gathering

Nicely appointed & comfortable home in lovely and quiet neighborhood! Great room was fantastic – 11 of us fit comfortably in the oversized modern leather sectional and other seating. Bar area was a fun space for mixing our cosmopolitans and margaritas! Hot tub was a big hit as well! Kitchen beautifully appointed and allowed us to cook some fabulous meals. Highly recommend this property!

We had a few difficulties with the bathroom fixtures which the host took care of promptly. They also allowed us to have a dinner party for our out of state family attending the wedding. The house is beautiful but it is starting to show some wear and tear specially for this price point. The pool and the area around it needed cleaning. The house rules are very strict which we understood given the proximity to the neighbors..

This is my first time renting a vrbo and I was pleasantly surprised. We had a wonderful time. There were 7 of us that stayed at this home and we all were very comfortable and very happy with our accommodations. The house is truly beautiful and I would highly recommend this property .

I hosted a group of 13 women at this property and couldn’t be happier! The house is spacious, very clean, and the pool was perfect. The check in process was super easy and the owner was very quick with responding to any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again.

We rented this property to have a nice and safe place to relax for my birthday during this pandemic. Everything was nice, the rug in the living room could have been a lot cleaner, it may need to be changed out as we found blonde hair near the table. The pool and hot tub was enjoyable, kitchen stocked well & host was easy to access.

We rented this house for our annual girl’s trip and it is a fantastic house. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room and the layout was fantastic. Open and spacious and enough seating that no one felt cramped. The location is great, close to everything we wanted to do. There were some things we didn’t like. The parking situation was not great. They asked us to park in the back but there was only room for 2 vehicles and since we all come from different parts of the country we had well over that amount. The constant reminders about quiet hours and threatening to keep the security deposit were overbearing. We are all mid 40s-50, not college kids. We know how to respect the neighbors and don’t have to be reminded every day. We also didn’t appreciate being asked to strip the beds, start the laundry, take out the trash etc. That takes away from the vacation vibe and when you pay that much money for a place to stay you shouldn’t have to prep it for the next guests, that is what the large cleaning fee is for. Lastly, not returning the deposit for over 2 weeks is unrealistic. You know from the day that we left that we left the house perfect so it shouldn’t take 2 weeks or longer to return the deposit.

The neighborhood was very nice. The home was spacious and a lot of activities that kept all ages entertained. The home was clean and Beautiful with modern decor. I did inform the property manager that the master bedroom doorknobs were about to fall out and the pool lights don’t work. Also, we notice a drone was flying at night passed the home which I thought was creepy. But either than that we had an Awesome stay!

A small group of us (5 friends) loved spending the week at this beautiful house with a backyard meant for relaxing! Communication was easy and helpful throughout our stay and the house had everything we needed. The rules for curfew are serious - and while they didn't impact us much - could have been an issue if our group had wanted to be outside much later. Be thoughtful if you are a late-night group!

FANTASTIC trip and a near flawless experience! I try to leave as honest and candid of a review as possible so here it goes:Overall 9.5/10 and the ONLY reason it wasn’t perfect was due to a nosy neighbor that clearly has an unfavorable opinion of living next to a VRBO. However, the owner was absolutely fantastic and more than apologetic for the small nuisance. I’d DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and plan on coming back in the future. PS: the heated pool was perfect! If you’re on the fence about it, I suggest doing it at least one night

The home is beautifully furnished in modern style. The photos are very accurate. Our family enjoyed our two night stay. Be advised the home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and they are very strict about the 9PM curfew.
