About this villa rental
This beautiful villa is directly behind Carlin Park so wake up and go for a walk around the health trail before heading to the beach. This wonderful quiet villa boasts newly renovated kitchen,bathrooms, and floors. All furniture is top of the line and newly purchased. The condo contains two master bedroom suites. Each suite has a wonderful king size bed with plush mattress, and leather upholstered headboards along with a new flat screen tv. New linens have been provided for every bed and all including quilts are wash between each guest. The pillows are both natural (down pillows as well as alternative down) The living room has 2 new leather couches one is a queen size pullout sofa bed and a 55 inch flat screen tv. There is also a roll away bed in the closet.. The community has a huge pool, tennis courts, paddle courts.
This gourmet kitchen has everything the travelling chef requires. All stainless steel appliances d/w, micro, stove and french door refrigerator with ice and water on the door, quartz counter tops, new pots and pans, dishes and utensils. All small appliances are available for your use including both a keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee machine, blender, mixer, toaster, and teapot.
The villa also has two newly renovated bathroom with large shower, glass shower doors and vanities with quartz counter tops. The hair dryer, magnifying mirror, iron, and ironing board will help make your stay feel more like home. The bathrooms are also each equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, new towels, hair dryer, and small toiletries for your convenience (q tips, cotton balls).
There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the event you need to do some laundry. Every consideration for your comfort has been provided including beach gear for 4 : beach chairs, cooler, large thermos, umbrella and beach towels and a cart to help you get it all across the park.
The porch has dining for 6 and a seating area to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.
We also provide the latest in technology with a Xfinity wifi and TV. An Amazon echo will allow you to play unlimited music, answer questions, control the thermostat and a list of other interesting feature that will be outlined in a brochure at the property.
Our property location allows you to walk to bars and restaurants including double roads, the dive bar, the Shack, and Harborside. The property is adjacent to Carlin Park. The property also has a heated, pools, tennis courts and grilling facilities by the pool. We will provide you with a to do list with suggestion of places to go when you reserve with us. Also I am always asked if early check in is possible, I have a service that performs cleanings. You can check at the place at 2 pm and if they are still there you can get an idea when they will be done. If they are not you can check in. I have no control over when they are done so save your time asking me since I dont know.

Loved this spot in Jupiter. Excellent location! Carlin Park at the back door with an easy walk to the beach. Place was just as pictured and spotlessly clean. Pool area was really nice too. Kathleen was a great communicator and promptly responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend!

Nice condo with all amenities down to the little touches of hospitality with a welcome bottle of wine and candy on pillow. Love the shampoo conditioner shower gel supplies so you don’t have to pack. A great location close to beach access!

Terrible experience! This Host plays by her own rules and is a Bully. Host threatened to cancel our VRBO reservation because we were bringing a service animal. Host claimed her husband is allergic to dogs which was not mentioned in the VRBO listing. (I really wish I could share a screenshot of the communication with the Host.) She then insisted on charging an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee upfront for our service animal. This ALL is a direct violation of the American Disability Act as well as stated VRBO policy. We were fortunate to find another place to stay at the last minute. When we informed the Host that we were going to stay elsewhere because of her husbands “allergies”… more threats from the host and a complaint filed by us with VRBO. (You would think the Host would have been relieved that we were not going to take a chance on triggering her husbands allergies.) VRBO REQUIRED THE HOST TO REFUND OUR RESERVATION IN FULL!

We had a very easy time from the time we booked up until the time we left. Kathy was so accommodating and the condo looked just like the pictures. We will be coming back again for sure.

We had a disappointing experience. Our family hadn't taken a vacation in nearly 3 years because of Covid, and we brought along our small baby, very excited to use the pool since she had never been in one! The pool was closed during our entire stay. My baby couldn't go in the ocean since she is too small. It was sweltering hot and our only real option was to stay indoors in the apartment or go out to eat. It is expected that the host would have informed us since management had informed residents about the pool closure (I called management upon returning home to check that they had sent out notices, and they had). While the host reached out at the start of our trip to see how everything was going, at the time we didn't know the pool was closed, and following that, when we did find out, we didn't want to bother the host since management kept telling us the pool would open the next day. It never opened — and when I requested a partial refund since our trip was a disappointment, the host was not at all understanding. Our family is so sad that our trip was affected by this pool closure (if you noticed the pool is the first thing advertised in the listing!) and wish our host had been more understanding, not to mention had informed us of the pool closure since they must have known! I would not book with this host in the future, buyer beware.

Kathy is an amazing hostess! She’s thought of everything you will need for your stay. The condo is very clean and decorated beautifully. We utilized the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Very convenient to grocery and lots of restaurants. Loved the welcome note and all the thoughtful touches !

Spacious condo, very clean! Kitchen was well stocked. I loved that there were beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and a wagon to use! Walking trail and beach access very close. The property was well kept and quiet. The owner reached out to make sure all was well and is very responsive if a need arises. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay with our family (two adult couples) at the Bella Vista condo. It was as advertised and even more spacious than we expected. Great location a short walk from The beach at Carlin Park. Very well equipped and comfortable for everything you need for your vacation. We will visit again!

These owners are, indeed, Super Hosts! The condo is not exactly as depicted ; it is actually more spacious than it appears on line! All elements are of top quality, and very well maintained. Main bedroom and bath are oversized, king sized bed (so comfy) and huge bathroom. The other bedroom is on the opposite side, guaranteeing separation and privacy. A little smaller, but just as nice. Plenty of quality seating in living area, and a nice, large tv with excellent cable service. Tvs in each bedroom, and internet performed well. Great air conditioning. Large dining table in spacious area, seating for 8!. Also plenty of matching stoneware, coordinating stemware, and loads of cutlery available if you want to cook or simply dress up your take-out dinner. Beautiful, sleek, functional kitchen with breakfast bar and everything you need for food preparation. Outside patio features a lovely, private outdoor dining area and small bench. Beach equipment located here, and we used it every day!
The pool was clean and warm.The condo itself and the complex as a whole was quiet and peaceful. Super area on a park, a beach, close to many beaches, shopping and dining. The hosts have a comprehensive understanding of what you need to have a great vacation here and go above and beyond in providing a quality vacation home!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s property. Jupiter is a beautiful place with so much to do and extremely family friendly. It’s not your typical tourist town, which we loved! It’s just a very laid back little area with so many places to visit such as Dubois Park (my son loved this park) Coral Cove and so much more. The Bella Vista community is a quiet and safe area. The villa is just as pictured and we were really appreciative of the extras that were provided such as beach chairs, coolers, extra beach towels, bikes and several other items that help make your trip enjoyable. . The kitchen was fully stocked with what you need to cook, which is a bonus because we usually cook our breakfast while on vacation. We will definitely be back to Jupiter in the future and I would stay here again if it’s available when we plan our next trip.

The condo was super clean and well stocked with everything you need. The beach is a little further away than we like with kids, but it is an easy drive with easy, free parking at the park.
Kathy answered all our questions when we called her, and she texted to make sure we had everything we needed.
The park beside the condo has a great walking path that was nice early in the morning.
I really loved the condo and location...we will definitely stay again if we decide to go to Jupiter again!

This property was so clean and updated. The beach was across a park and road just outside the door to the right and the pool was around the pond to the left. We loved heading over to the beach and then coming back and relaxing at the pool. The only drawback is that some of the regular older tenants at the pool were kind of grumpy and the security guard wasn’t very nice to some of the other guests who were swimming so that was awkward. But that’s not the fault of the host. My family LOVED this place and would definitely stay here again!

From start to finish, this was a perfect vacation. Kathleen's property has everything you could ever want or need for a comfortable stay. It is beautifully decorated and has all the modern conveniences of home. The condo is so close to the beach--just a short walk. We spent the majority of our time there. Jupiter Beach is beautiful. Our teenage daughter and her friend had a wonderful time--they shared the other bedroom and loved everything about it. The Jupiter area has so many fabulous restaurants to choose from--we had amazing meals each night. We have been coming to the area for many years as we have family close by and I don't see us staying anywhere else in the future. Kathleen is a wonderful owner and her property is amazing. Can't wait to go back!

The inside of the property was fully updated and very clean. We enjoyed the location and amenities, such as, pool and private tennis courts. Very close to the beach and local restaurants. My husband and I are fortunate to be able to work from home during the pandemic but we needed a break from the confinement. We decided to work from “home” here in Jupiter and it was perfect. We loved the easy walk to the beach and the park trail for morning walks. Since it was in the midst of the pandemic, we were concerned about cleanliness and this place was super and well tricked out.

The condo is lovely and absolutely spotless. And here are more extras than any of the rentals I’ve stayed in before - Kathleen is so considerate to provide coffee for the morning after a late arrival! Plus a bottle of wine, dish soap and laundry detergent among others! It is a very very short walk to beach. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Jupiter.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista condo. First of all, it looked exactly like the pictures online. It was well stocked and very clean. The location was perfect. It backed up to a beautiful park, with great trails, tennis courts and more. It was a very short walk to the beach. The condo even had beach chairs, cooler and a wagon to take to the beach. Would highly recommend this condo and would return for another stay.
