Welcome to paradise! This luxury home boasts two master suites laid out over 2,000 square feet of pure heaven. Nestled in the foothills of Snow Canyon, this new home invites you to enjoy the many beauties of the outdoors with hiking and biking trails right in your backyard. If Zion National Park is on your bucket list, it's less than an hour away!
The home is nothing short of luxurious! The tastefully decorated living room has comfy furniture and a TV with streaming ability to enjoy as a family. There is a huge wall fireplace and plenty of room to sit and enjoy as you gaze at the amazing views through the sliding doors that are floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The patio has a built-in grill with patio furniture to enjoy for fun barbecues. There is a putting green in the backyard so you can practice your putting skills. Enjoy the fire pit in the backyard and cozy up to a fun night sitting around the campfire. The kitchen is amazing with high-end appliances and the most beautiful backsplash ever. Counter stool seating for 4 in the kitchen begs you to hang out in the kitchen. There is a large dining room table and seating for 10!
There are few things in Southern Utah that match the exclusive red rocks surrounding much of St. George, and the Encanto community exhibits those breathtaking views better than any other in Washington County. Surrounded by awesome trails and incredible lava fields, you are sure to treat yourself to an experience you won't soon forget. Did we mention that Tuacahn Amphitheatre is less than five minutes away? Come and enjoy world-class family entertainment while staying in one of our luxurious properties in the community of Encanto!
There is small trailer parking by the clubhouse and throughout the neighborhood, but it is on a first come first serve basis. You can also park trailers in the driveway.
