About this apartment rental

Modern 2 bedroom apt in quiet gated complex, LOS GRACIOSEROS.
Full wi-fi (great speeds) in the apartment with wi-fi available at the pool bar also.
Irish & UK & European tv in the living room.
Air conditioned
1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower
Travel cot available & bedding. (free of charge, just request upon booking)
(We can supply a good quality camp bed for an additional child)
Bed linen and towels for shower & beach supplied (changed weekly), hair dryer, iron, clothes airer.
Apt has all mod cons, washing machine, microwave, 4 ring hob & oven, full size fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine. Safe for valuables. Lovely shutters to keep rooms cool & the apt secure. In addition to the air conditioning, we provide fans to keep you cool. During winter we supply heaters for each room & cozy blankets for any chilly evenings.
TV's in the bedrooms, with a few english channels, dvd player, & dvd's. Lovely terrace with table & chairs overlooking the beautiful large communal HEATED pool and kids pool with sun loungers.
Lovely pool bar open 10am to 9pm(varies) for drinks, food and ice-creams & maybe a few cocktails. They also sell large containers of water and fresh milk.
Lots of parking space available but a car is not necessary, 2 mins walk to large Spar grocery store, 3/4 mins walk(on flat ground) to the beach and the main Avenida of Puerto Del Carmen which runs from Matagorda to Old Town, where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, shops ect
We do supply some tea bags & coffee with loo roll, bin bags, cooking oil, salt + pepper.
Arrecife airport is only 10 minutes in a taxi.
If you are staying over 7 days and booking over 28 days in advance, I can split your payments (just ask for a quote).
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO HEN / STAGS.
Refunds will be paid IF travel is curtailed by your country of origin due to covid19 throughout 2021.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in a lovely residential complex, close to all amenities and the beach. Catherine, the owner, was a terrific host and very easy to deal with. We can't wait to return !

Superb apartment with plenty of room. Has pretty much everything you need. Can't see the pool from the balcony but that is a minor thing. I have to say the apartment could have been cleaner. Hence the lower score. Tons of stuff on the tv if you want to relax.

We really enjoyed our stay in casa Rose so much that we are planning to return again. More than enough space for 2 adults. Comfy beds and modern furniture. WiFi excellent signal and more than enough choice of TV channels. We appreciated a full kitchen as the washing machine, oven and freezer not always available in other rentals. Great location for access to shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely complex and very peaceful for relaxation. Thank you Catherine for allowing us to stay in your home, we will be back soon.

We had a lovely week in this apartment. Everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s on a small friendly complex with a lovely bar serving food and drinks. Sally, who runs the bar is a real asset to the complex. Catherine the owner couldn’t have done anymore for us. She was so helpful in every respect. Will be back again soon.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment was lovely and comfortable. A nice friendly complex, everyone was very helpful. It was great to have the cafe bar onsite and Sally was very accommodating. I hope that I will stay here again.

Catherine the owner was very helpful and replied to messages quickly.The apartment was spotless, beds very comfortable, very well equipped, down to buckets and spades.The pool is lovely, lots of sun beds with a great bar which serves food. It is run by the lovely Sally who could not have been more welcoming and helpful.It is a ten minute stroll to the seafront and just a couple of minutes from a supermarketI would be very happy to return
