About this apartment rental
Kimberley Ridge 410 is one of the largest condos at the base of the ski hill at 1500 square feet with five real beds plus two comfortable pull-out sofas with new mattresses.
This Kimberley getaway features a private hot tub, high-speed wifi and a Smart TV with Sports Net. The back deck overlooks Mark Creek and has an oversized, eight-person hot tub and deep-seating patio furniture. The front deck overlooks the ski hill and has a two-burner, natural gas Weber BBQ with patio seating for six.
Tod, the owner, is a tourism professional operating Simply Kimberley, a boutique vacation rental company. I live and breathe Kimberley tourism. Kimberley Ridge 410 by Simply Kimberley is set up for contactless check-in with keyless entry (door codes are shared prior to arrival).
Ski hill condos at the base of the resort. Great views of the mountain and 100m from the T-Bar/Owl Learning area. Literally, watch your kids ski the t-bar from the KR410 kitchen! The Kimberley Ridge complex was built in the early 2000s and the condos are predominantly vacation rentals. We can safely say our two condos are the most upgraded vacation rental condos in the Kimberley Ridge complex.
Lots of parking out front and around the side of the building. We're fortunate as the overflow parking for the entire 48-unti complex is right out the door. The condo is up two flights of stairs (8 stairs each) into the entrance way then up another flight to the main floor.
The space has new flooring throughout is very comfortable. Our favourite local artist adorns the walls and new stainless appliances are throughout! Each bed has down pillows and duvets. Every year we invest a little more in honing our properties. It's really showing!
A mountain to town shuttle runs frequently during the winter season. Our sister company, Resort Tours and Transportation, also operates private charter transportation; black SUV + new model Transit vans 11-passenger and 14-passenger Executive Transit vans plus 16 and 24-passenger buses for groups.
KR410 is ~ 100m to the Owl T-Bar and learning area, making it incredible for families with kids. You can look out the front window from the kitchen and see your kids riding the T-bar. This pet-friendly unit has a signed Simply Kimberley - Pet Policy agreement. A maximum of one dog is allowed per condo, and we have an additional $25 per night pet surcharge.
The City of Kimberley is governed by a Good Neighbour Bylaw and our quiet hours of 10PM - 7AM must be respected. Stemwinder Drive is a mixed street of full-time residences and vacation rentals. To protect our property and to respect our neighbours, our Kimberley Ridge 410 condo is NOT a “party home”. We operate under Short Term Rental License STRU 2022-103 and are permitted up to 12 occupants.
Our condo is equipped with a Minut device. This device monitors sound levels, occupancy, and temperature in the property while protecting our guests’ stay and privacy.
Discounted lift tickets and green fees when packaging with our lodging and/or shuttle.

We had a very nice stay at Kimberley Ridge for a family ski weekend. The location was great, just short walk (~100m) to the base of the Owl T-bar and the main chair lift. You can see the hill from the condo!
The condo was clean and spacious enough for 12 people (mixture of adults, teens and children). There were 4 full size beds and 3 pullout couches, so plenty sleeping options. The condo was fully equipped with ensuite laundry, enough towels for both showering and the hot tub, the kitchen was fully equipped and there were games and books for family fun.
A website was provided with all the information for checking-in/out, condo amenities, activities in the area, etc. which was useful and super convenient. We also received discounted lift tickets through the property owner which was an awesome bonus! The property owner was also very responsive to our inquires during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying at Kimberley Ridge!

Great condo. Lots of space and excellent location for skiing. Best part about this condo is the multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces. Ie decks, bedrooms, living room and playroom. Lots of options for beds. Only thing that could be improved is having the condo better stocked( ie foil, parchment paper, and shampoo/soap), as well as better maintenance for the hottub. Other than that the place was wonderful, the property manager was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family trip consisted of 3 generations from mine and my sisters families ages 5 - 63 years. Everyone had a great time. The accommodations were excellent and Tod was very attentive. Only thing he could not control was the clouds that rolled in for the New Years Eve fireworks.

Tod was great with communication and answering all our questions! The kettle wasn’t working and he replaced it the same day which was excellent. My only concern was that the dryer wasn’t working well but there was a drying rack for Infront of the fireplace so that was useful. Remember to bring your own shampoo/soap.

Very nice condo for five adults. It is ideally located to all activities in the area that we had planned. Nice to be able to cook all our meals and then unwind and relax at the end of a busy day in the hottub. Tod was quick to get back to us with any questions we had.

We had a wonderful family day long weekend stay in Kimberley. The condo was perfect for our family! The location was superb, right on the hill and the accommodation very comfortable and plenty of room for our family. Lots of sleeping areas, three big bedrooms, loft and 3 bathrooms. And we loved the decks and hot tub! We embraced all the winter sports and the quaint town of Kimberley. We downhill skied, cross country skied at the nearby Nordic Center, snow shoed and even took in a yoga class in town. The only thing I would suggest to Todd would be a bigger frying pan and a four slice toaster for larger groups of people! We would definitely recommend Simply Kimberley as they are so organized and easy to deal with and if we ever come back for another visit it will be here!! Thanks!

The condo was ideal for our large extended family of 12, with ample room for everyone - sleeping or awake. The private hot tub and two decks were terrific, adding to the space and enjoyment and made for great viewing of the New Years Eve ski parade and fireworks. The location prime - walking distance to the ski village, chair lifts and restaurants, and in fact we did not start our vehicles for 5 days. The storage locker and key lock box were super convenient as well! Tod was great to deal with from booking to close, even stopping to meet & greet us in person and bring fresh local coffee beans, making sure we had all that we needed for a great stay. The only compliant was that the trip was too short! I will definitely book again.

Awesome condo for family and friends. Lots of space and the fooseball table made for some entertaining evenings. Tod was awesome to work with and super responsive to any questions via text, phone and even stopped by to greet us which is not something you get with most property management companies. Great check-in process with recommendations of where to go in town. Hot tub was hot, coffee machine(s) worked awesome and location steps from the slopes was perfect. We would totally stay here again.

Great place to stay - especially for large groups! We were in town for the Black spur ultra race and had two teams (plus our families!) staying in this unit and the one next door. Was perfect! Super close to the race area and had enough rooms for everyone! Beds were comfy! Showers were hot and there were lots of towels. The hot tubs were perfect for a nice evening soak once kids were in bed! Kitchen was very well stocked so we could make our own meals. And the units were very clean! Would highly recommend this unit!... Except not during race weekend since we plan on staying here again! ;)

The unit was everything we hoped for. Big kitchen allowed everyone to cook and hang out. Living room well set up. Hot tub and balcony were amazing. Best of all, all of a 500m walk to the chair lift.

Another great week at Tod's condo. Plenty of room for 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. New big screen TV over the fireplace was a really nice update. Snow on the mountain was much better this year so the ski days turned out great. WiFi was spotty but we were not there for that anyway. The first night was a bit rough as 2 busloads of "young adults" partied the night thru below us but then left the next day. The remaining week was quiet just as we have experienced in the past. Hope to return next year!

It was our second stay at Simply Kimberly. What can be better then the hot tub at 10pm after a 4 hour drive from Alberta?! And next day all day on the sunny ski hill with a short break for lunch at the unit- no spending money on bought lunches...
The unit is very spacious, nice and clean.
Tod is an amazing host and patiently and quickly replies to all questions and concerns.

This was a work ski trip and the accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed. The place was clean and well kept, including the hot tub. I found Tod easy to deal with and was very accommodating. Will definitely book with Tod again!
