We (myself, husband and two kids) stayed 7 nights at this beautiful condo. It’s small but well planned out and all the homie touches made it completely comfortable. Sitting on the balcony with a coffee was a highlight! We even ordered takeout Thai food from the restaurant across the street and ate it on the balcony. It’s well located and we were able to walk everywhere in town, usually via the river trail which is just steps away from the front door. Jen was always friendly and quick to respond to questions. We didn’t have any problems that needed to be fix. Thank you Jen for letting us use your splendid space!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The space was compact but well designed; Jenn made great use of every inch! It was clean and bright, and was well-equipped with basic cooking ingredients so we didn't have to buy spices, baggies, etc. The location is perfect; it is on the stream / walking path, and is in the heart of town.

Jennifer’s place was just as advertised. The unit is small but she really maximized the space - the unit had everything we needed for myself, husband and infant. The location was also great and a close walk to town and the gondola. The unit is on a corner and some large trucks do pass by daily but the loud noises here and there didn’t bother us too much. We also had some questions for Jennifer and she was very quick to respond. I would definitely book this unit again.

Lovely place right in the mix with all that Telluride has…right at your doorstep. The balcony overlooking the river/river walk a family favorite. Communication with the owner was swift/responsive and amiable. Nothing better than this delightful place

Overall fulfilled our needs, it is small but comfortable. The property offered many sleeping spaces. Kids loved the pool/hot tub. We couldn’t figure out how to get the tvs in the bunks to work (minor detail as we didn’t need these except in the evenings) The few times we did need the owners help she was quick to respond.

My wife and two sons and I stayed at Jen’s place in Viking Lodge for the Bluegrass Festival and it was absolutely perfect. Easy to get anywhere in town, right on the walking trail and the river, and a straight shot down the street to the festival entrance. My sons really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and I loved hearing the flowing river outside the door as we fell asleep. Jen was super attentive and easy to communicate with and if we have the chance we will definitely stay in her place again. Thanks so much for helping our Bluegrass vacation be one of the best we’ve taken in years!

The condo is located at the end of the complex so you have lots of windows to enjoy views. Really enjoyed being next to the river listening to the water flow for coffee in the morning or afternoon chillin. And it is so close to the Gondola station (5 min walk). Contacted the host multiple times for questions we had and she responded very quickly each time! The condo is nicely decorated. There is practically everything you need in the condo. We made breakfast every morning and didn't lack for anything. Would definitely stay there again!

The condo is small but makes excellent use of every square inch and with lots of windows, feels very open and bright. Has everything you'll need for a short term stay and close to Lift 7 and the Gondola. It feels very new with high quality construction and lots of nice amenities. Host is excellent!

Excellent property manager! She stayed in contact with us our entire trip and truly wanted us to have an awesome experience. It was very clean and a simple layout. A little on the high end of price for that time of season in Telluride. We had some problems getting the cable TV to work properly and didn’t get them all resolved before we left. In general, great location next to town and the gondola.

We stopped in Telluride for 3 nights of relaxation after a whirlwind national parks tour. This studio felt larger than it is, is cozy, well decorated, and so convenient to everything in town. Suggest though that the daybed mattress be replaced if intended to sleeping on - it sags from where people sit during the day. The Murphy bed near the entrance was much more comfortable.

We have a great stay in Telluride late July. The location was perfect, a short and pleasant 5 minutes walk along the river trail to the Gondola. The condo was small but sleeps 4 comfortably. The kitchen had everything you'd need for simple meals. would definitely stay there again next time we are in Telluride.

The property is very conveniently located and has a nice view. The space was fine for 4 adults but any more people and it would be cramped especially due to only one bathroom being available. It fit our requirements for our stay.

Pros: Location: easy to walk to downtown, gondola, river path Host: Jennifer was very responsive leading up to our stay and while we were there Beautifully decorated / updated kitchen Cons: The unit had not been cleaned/serviced from the last guest. (Due to a mix up with the cleaning crew) Jennifer responded immediately and had it cleaned within 90 min. Delayed our check in until after 7pm. Offered to treat us to dinner while we waited. Beds: for two people over 6’ the bed options were a little cramped. The day bed was the better of the two options for us. Just something to consider if you’re tall :-)

This unit is gorgeous and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is plenty of storage and the beds are comfortable. But even more amazing is the location- right on the River Trail and close to everything in town. Highly recommend!
