About this house rental

A beautiful two-story house, in the heart of Hollywood (sleeps 10 adults plus 2 kids). Walk to the Beach. Two blocks to famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk.

Five bedrooms; having a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a king sized bed in the second bedroom, a two queens in the third bedroom, two queens in the fourth bedroom, and two queen beds in the fifth bedroom. Also, central A/C, WI-FI, cable TV, washer & dryer for convenience. The backyard is nice and spacious with a pool, featuring sitting area and a grill.

A 5 minute to Young circle Arts Park in downtown Hollywood, where great restaurants, nightlife and weekly activities like movies, concerts, and food trucks for the whole family take place.
A 15-minute drive from Port Everglades & Ft. Lauderdale Airport, and a 30-minute drive from Miami International Airport or Port of Miami. Short walk to Hollywood boardwalk with nice beachfront restaurants, live music, and a newly constructed Margaritaville resort. Roughly twelve minutes drive from this home is a Gulfstream Park that has horse racing, a casino, bowling, dining, and shopping - perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Right in the middle of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Nothing beats this great location in the core of the scenic city of Hollywood.

Overall it was a beautiful and spacious house! We had some very minor problems but the host was able to answer our questions quickly! Check in was very easy and we felt comfortable in the house. The shower head in the main bathroom pressure was low but the bottom floor’s bathroom shower was perfect. We would stay here again for sure!

We had such a great time at our stay. Plenty of space for everyone and the house is in a fantastic, quiet location. Less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach, and the pool was amazing to have. Host was very responsive with any questions we had and we would definitely recommend & stay again!

We truly enjoyed our time at the home, The kitchen was perfect for a large family, beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious, but by far our favorite place to be was in/around the pool 🤩

The outdoor space was perfect for Morning coffee, pool playing, evening snacks and drinks. This was our 11th annual family gathering before Christmas. There were 8 adults and 4 children (4, 1 & 2 six months old). House was ideal for naps and sleeping arrangements. Location was within a mile to the boardwalk and beach. We had an amazing time. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our group loved the house. It was a modern one, everything updated, location was great, close to the beach-walking distance that was important for us. The pool was awesome and the kids had fun there after the beach.The owners were nice, responding quick. Can't wait to return there.

This home was wonderful for a family vacation that included 6 adults and 3 kids. The space and rooms were perfect for our group. It was about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, and 15-20 minute walk to main areas we wanted to go to on the beach. The owners were responsive and helpful. The kitchen, outdoor area, and pool were wonderful for family time. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We will look to book again! Fell in love with the area and the home!

The property was beautiful and large, loved all the balconies. The beds were extremely comfortable and decor was modern. The pool was warm and refreshing. When we had any questions or concerns the owner answered them right away. The beach was a quick 7 minute walk away. Fabulous house and would rent again.

This house was beautiful and conveniently set up for renters. Also in a nice Location. Had a couple of Issues but they were immediately attended to. Valeria and Yevgeniy are easy to contact and available for you when needed. We were very happy with the house and would definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is centrally located to everything. Short walk to the beach, grocery store 5 minutes away, Fort Lauderdale airport 15 minutes away, Miami 30 minutes away. The house is immaculate. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again.

Very clean and beautiful home with upgraded bathrooms and Kitchen. I would definitely consider again. I wish it was a little more closer to the beach with easy access. Owner was great and prompt responses. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved this home! The owners are very professional. The highlight was when the husband came to check something out for us and told us this was our house and to enjoy. Valeria was very understanding throughout the trip and we truly appreciate it!!They were very accommodating. The pool is wonderful. We didn’t need anything as everything was provided for us. The home is absolutely beautiful and the owners are great. The location couldn’t be better. We went to the beach almost daily. Best vacation ever!!

The house is just as great as it looks in the pictures! Very ample rooms, specially kitchen- dining and living room. Very well equiped house, except for the towels that need some replacements. Great service from the owners!! Thanks for making this a unique trip!

We had a group of 9 who stayed at this house. Everyone loved it. We walked to Billy’s Stone Crab for dinner and had a great meal. We walked to the beach. Also the pool at the house was nice. The house was very clean. The owner provided clear instructions for check in and check out. The security deposit was promptly refunded. We would stay here again.

Rented this house for a group of 10 for a Girls Get-away weekend. It was perfect! Clean, modern, everything we needed and a short distance to eating, shopping, ocean. The heated pool was great, with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

This house was a home away from home. It accomadated my family in every way possible. We only needed to arrive and Hollywood Florida was Baltimore Maryland with perks. For a first family trip, it's nice to know we only need to concentrate on what we are going to schedule outside of home the next time we come.

This vacation home is located near Hollywood beach (7 minutes walk). It was an ideal setup for my family of 13! Great place to stay! The location was exactly what we were looking for. The owner was able to allow early check-in around 11 am after spending one-week cruise adventure. It was a big plus for us. However, we encountered several glitches to overcome in the first couple days. Due to cloudy water in the pool, we couldn't swim in the day. The owner promised to take care of it the next day. In order to make ourselves feel at home, we also cleaned the floor and washed bed sheets. We just didn't feel all the bed linens were thoroughly washed. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will hopefully return one day to Florida.
