The property has a great set up for our group of 10 - all adult women. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The listing photos accurately depict the property - plenty of place settings and seating for a big group. The privacy of the house in the gated neighborhood and the nature surrounding us were just what we needed! We enjoyed watching nature - especially the does and fawns multiple times - during our stay, as they came very close to the house. We’re frequent VRBO customers, and found this property to be missing or short of items that are typically provided, things like blow dryers and kleenex, there’s just one cookie sheet and one casserole dish for baking, only one or two hand towels and wash cloths in bathrooms, and just one dish cloth and no dish towels. We’d also suggest some throw pillows and/or lap blankets for the living room sofas, to make them more comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, the floors aren’t sparkling clean so we wore flip flops or house slippers. Many of the pans were greasy in the cabinet and had to be rewashed before using. Owner was quick to respond to our one little glitch - a blown fuse. Really wasn’t disruptive for us and we appreciated that it was easily and quickly resolved. Thanks again for accommodating our reunion.

Great huuuge house, perfect for big groups. Parking also pretty big (up to 7 cars). Host was extremely helpful during check in procedure. Close to supermarket. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at this property before and we loved it so much that we came back and will continue to come back. The home is extremely beautiful, welll appointed and spacious. The place was immaculate when we checked in. The kitchen has all of the items that you need to cook. Sheets and towels are supplied. It is right on a lake and very close to skiing. Dealing with Eugene is a pleasure.

The house was clean, orderly and in a great location. Everything was "as advertised". A good time was had by all.

We rented this house to celebrate our early Christmas. It was the perfect place for our three children and families to spend time together. Our host, Eugene, was very accommodating and readily available. We will probably try to rent this house again next year!!!

Was the first time our blended family went on vacation all together, ALL 10 of us. The home was huge, but comfortable and felt like a home away from home Will definitely be returning

So we rented this place because we needed something with many rooms and spaces and a large area for family to eat and hang out together and this house fit it. Everyone had a great time and as always made some good memories. If you need space for a large family gathering I would definitely recommend.

This house was great, we had a large group and this place was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and had everything we needed, no complaints. Owner was very helpful when we needed to contact him.

House and property provided good space to be together and places to go off for quiet time. Variety of ages: some in bed early/up early and others to bed late and up late. Everyone found what they needed.

This property is in the middle of a neighborhood. There was 11 of us and we each got one towel for showering.( they supplied) No hand towels , no wash clothes. The 3 kitchen towels were old and ratty. The mattresses were like what you would find on a bunk beds on all the beds. 4 inch mattresses. There were missing light bulbs in all the fixtures which left the bedrooms dark and dank. The kitchen lacked basic things. This house can service 12 people but only had silverware for 10. Some pots and pans were greasy and looked like they came from a garage sale. No light above the stove so you could not see what you were cooking. Ping pong table was nice but the balls were all cracked and the paddles were torn and useless. The pool table was not level. Bugs and webs everywhere. Some of the bathrooms had black mold around the shower and toilet. Floor grout was disgusting. I would not recommend.

Perfect house for a large group. The property itself was great, even better than the pictures. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a large group as well large dining areas both inside and out. You have to bring a lot of your own basics but that was communicated in the propert details.

It was indeed a memorable 2022 summer retreat for the whole Tun’s family and relatives. The house was big enough to accommodate us all. No waiting in line for the bathroom ( LOL). The kitchen and dining area was awesome. Having to fit 14 adults for lunch/dinner is a challenge for us but this house gave us the “luxury “ of dining together, laugh and poke fun with each other while eating . We will definitely recommend this house to our friends and hopefully for us to come back soon.

Great set up for 9 college buddies getting together for long weekend. Plenty of room to gather in the living room, deck and kitchen. Place was clean and rooms were comfortable. Great to have the smart TV in the kitchen in addition to the living room and downstairs. Nice to have the ping pong and pool tables too. Minor points: Check in at the gate could have been more streamlined which I realize was not under host control, but unless I missed them it would have been nice to have potholders, dish towels and cookie sheets in the kitchen. Overall, I would stay here again as it was clean, served our purposes and the host was very responsive.

This house was perfect to host our first annual family vacation. There was so much room for all of us. The property is great We had a great time

Great house for a girls weekend! Huge kitchen and dining table so we could all eat together.

The home was large and easily accommodated our family (ten adults, three children). Location was excellent. We enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake. The fire pit was an enjoyable way to end our days. Major complaint was the cleanliness of the floors. They were dirty, and our 10 month grandson, and two other grandchildren were literally filthy playing on the family room floor. The tops of his feet and knees were black from crawling on the dirty floor. Bring a mop and expect to clean if you rent this house.

House had a very nice layout and great size. A few issues: Floors were very dirty when we checked in Dryer was not working very well. I believe the vent through the wall needs to be cleaned. Advertised uses of fitness center but we were told by the property manager we could not use it

Very positive experience. The only negative thing that I will express is that the laminate floors need a good cleaning. It was difficult to walk with socks or with bare feet without getting your feet black. This is our only negative comment. Everything else was great, and we had a very nice long weekend.

The house is in such an incredible location with great outdoor space. We stayed at the end of April/early May and the weather was perfect. We were a group of 9 guys and there was plenty of space for everyone, with a lot of additional beds if needed. Would definitely recommend

Easy for a weekend getaway or gathering with friends or family. Great space with six spacious bedrooms. Some of the rooms have bunked beds, and others include queen size beds. We had a total of 15 comfortably stay at the house.

I’ve stayed in quite a few VRBO homes and never had a bad experience. This House is in need of a deep cleaning. Cobwebs everywhere and floors were very dirty. There were no cleaning supplies such as windex, dish or laundry detergent, brillo pads,nothing to clean floors, and all but one bathroom ran out of toilet paper. All the amenities that were supposed to be included were not to be found. If you plan on cooking be prepared to bring everything including salt and tin foil. Plenty of room but totally felt like a party house. Pool table could not be leveled to play. We tried. Disappointing overall for the price we paid.

Very satisfied

The home was meticulously cleaned, large and very comfortable. We couldn’t have been happier with this rental. We had seven kids with us, who loved the game room, and the long kitchen table allowed for big family meals and games. It was perfect.

House for stay really nice

If I could give a higher rating I would! The host was great! He was extremely accommodating and helpful and always responded quickly. The layout of the home is perfect for large families. We spent a lot of time in the fireplace/ great room where the little ones could play with plenty of room for the adults to hang out at the same time. We decided to make this our yearly family Christmas getaway location!

This year, we decided to have an extra special Thanksgiving because my Husband was turning 50. We were twelve people and had a few small dogs. This house made everyone feel immediately comfortable. There was plenty of space, for everyone and the view was breathtaking. The kitchen was huge, it was simply magical. We were cooking and baking all week. The house was extremely clean and offered us everything we needed. It is also very close to grocery stores and other stores in case we needed anything else. I would definitely recommend renting this house to anyone who asks and will most likely rent it again in the future.

This house is even more grand than the pictures show. It felt super private despite being in a populated community. Great Lake front area and very spacious and clean inside. Absolutely would book this house again.

We had a great stay with three generations of our large family! The house was very spacious and comfortable. We had a few rainy days and were very grateful we picked such a large house in a pretty setting. The location is great with easy access to state parks with water falls, as well as water parks for the kids. I definitely recommend for large family groups! We also loved the ping pong and pool tables. The only issue was lack of drinking water, so I would definitely stock up on your own, although I regretted going through so much plastic. Overall a great spot for our long family weekend away.

Totally enjoyed our stay. House is exactly as pictured. Large enough to accommodate 3 families offering enough space to gather and enough space for private time. Very clean. Close to community lake and pool. Only suggestion would be to have some Adirondack chairs on the deck to enjoy the lake view and around the fire pit for roasting marshmallows and making smores.

My family and I loved staying here! The house is exactly how it’s described and shown in photos. Beautiful kitchen because we love to cook. The house was clean and spacious. The booking process was quick and the owner was respectful. We definitely would stay here again.
