About this house rental
Our holiday home in Holnis is located 200 m from the extensive beach, via a foot - or Bicycle can be reached. The water there is shallow and ideal for children, several playgrounds are on the beach, the promenade offers enough space for many activities. Holnis has 2 dog beaches, a natural beach for swimming and water sports with kite and windsurfing school just 300 meters away, and the official elongated beach with a nudist area.
The house is located on a 400 square meter plot with log cabin (in which there are an infrared cabin for 2, 2 bicycles, a SUP and a grill) and beach chair and is surrounded by a secluded blood book hedge. Almost 90 square meters of living space spread over two floors, completely revamped, refurbished and renovated in early 2017th It offers plenty of space in three rooms and two bathrooms with an appealing cooking / dining / living area for 4 to 6 people.
The ground floor contains a small entrance area with staircase, bathroom with shower and an open new kitchen with large dining table and lounge area with couch and flat screen TVs. Subsequent to the kitchen terrace is covered and can be used in any weather.
On the staircase leads to the upper floor where three bedrooms and another bathroom with tub and lake invite you to relax. The master bedroom has a wide bed, but can also be well used as a second living room, as it overlooks the water and the beautiful Flensburg Fjord here, as well as from the bathroom. The children's room has a large bunk bed, suitable as a double bed, and play area equipped with a small table and chairs for children. Next here's a beautiful little room is with sofa bed for pulling out.
