Experience the Dorado Beach lifestyle by renting my Beachfront Residence. This 5000 square foot retreat has unobstructed views of the ocean and legendary green fairways. It includes your own private patio and balcony for a one of a kind private Villa experience.

This spacious residence includes 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with stand up showers and private bathrooms. A 65' plasma broadcasts in surround sound into the living and dining room where you can open up the room and access the ocean front patio and listen to the waves crashing against the beach.

There is air conditioning throughout with thermostats in each room to get your own personal temperature just right. The room darkening shades make sleeping easy. Your first class experience takes advantage of my resort membership and includes the following world class amenities:

Fitness & Wellness Center: With Stunning mountain views through floor to ceiling glass walls, this new 8,000 square foot fitness center has the latest techno gym fitness equipment, a full complement of spinning, yoga and movement classes, a staff of top trainers and wellness programs.

Within 5 minutes, overlooking the pool and directly on Dorado Beach, the Encanto Beach Club Bar and Grill restaurant offers grilled seafood and meats, classic island-inspired cocktails and a breathtaking view. COA is a Grill concept, that highlights custom-made “Mi Brasa” wood burning oven. The restaurant also features “La Cava” with over 650 prestigious wine labels, making it one of the largest wine lists in the Caribbean. The Positive Sand Bar has fresh sushi and ceviche, tapas-style dishes and hand-crafted cocktails where guests can relax with their feet in the sand. Lastly the Cocina Gourmet is a market-style café and boutique features Puerto Rican coffees, homemade gelatos, fresh pastries and light snacks. It also hosts cooking classes, wine dinners and other culinary events.

Golf on 72 vintage holes that comprise the greatest concentration of golf in the Caribbean. Dorado Beach's award winning championship courses have stayed true to the Robert Trent Jones, Sr, signature runaway tees, sculpted greens and tropical factors of wind and ocean vistas.

The Watermill: For day to night aquatic ventures head to The Watermill, a dramatic water experience fashioned after a traditional Puerto Rican sugar mill. We were a family of 8 from 76yo to 10yo and there was a perfect space for all. Waking up to the waves and drinking coffee on the patio was a great way to start the day. The golf carts & access to the resort were a highlight for all.

David and Lily were great host. I stayed for my husband birthday so we were a large group. I was happy they didn’t have an issues during our stay with noise since many people together can be loud. The house was clean, very large rooms and beds. The only thing I would say is the entrance was little hard to find and there is construction at the entrance. The pool inside was very small looked more like a Jacuzzi. The kitchen was also small especially if your looking to cook. Everything is was good if ur looking for a getaway and the host made everything easy for us since they were staying right next door.

I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a great stay. property was as advertised. it was spacious and clean and very accommodative to our family. we were able to cook in. we also had a chef and a professional photographer come on by. Dave and Lily and Ivette were there for anything that we needed. It could not have been a better experience for all of us!

Villa Paraiso has it all - the location (on the beach and adjacent to a Ritz Carlton Reserve), resort privileges (access to world class cuisine, luxury spa, gorgeous landscape, first class fitness center and more) plus you simply move into Dave & Lilly's well equipped home. Lilly was on hand to show us the workings of the house and give an extensive private tour of the resort. The people of Puerto Rico are so welcoming. We hope to return again next year and explore some of the country although there was plenty to do at the villa and resort for 8 nights.

Lilly and Dave were amazing. Check in was a breeze and Lilly provided us with a helpful rundown on the property. The views and environment provided immediate relaxation. Having a golf cart proved to be very convenient and a ton of fun! Great vacation!

We just spent a week at this property with another family of four. It was perfectly suited for our sized party (4 adults, 4 children). The home is well-appointed, with lots of little "bonuses" hidden in closets (I.e those band-aids you forgot to pack). We took advantage of the club membership and two golf carts, both utilized by both families. The house is a 3-5 minute golf cart ride to the residential pool (the Encanto) and 8 minutes to the Ritz Hotel. The Watermill and Fitness Center are also about 8-10 minutes from the house....all super accessible by golf cart or bike. We opted to rent bikes as well, so we had lots of optionality. This is a great vacation for children of all ages. Tennis, golf, watersports, kids center, multiple pools, beach, the watermill etc....and it is super safe. The beach in front of the house is narrow, but totally swimmable. Our teenagers spent a number of late afternoons and evening in the ocean... Lillian and Dave are super responsive owners and wish to make your stay perfect. Hopefully, we will return over winter break 2020.

This property was everything I and my family had hoped for. The proximity and membership access to the Ritz was a wonderful bonus with all that it offered. Several restaurants, pools, play area and a water park. Security was also tight and welcome. Dave and Lilly were most helpful, even on Thanksgiving Day when we had a minor issue. I would defiantly rent again.

The house was lovely. We enjoyed the little beach in front of the house, and we also liked the resort which was not at all crowded during our August visit. The hosts were very friendly and accessible for questions.

We had a great time at this property. It was perfect for our extended family and the location is excellent. It is right on the beach-which was always empty. It felt like our private beach! We would stay here again.

We are a family of 6 and stayed recently at the Watkins’ place. The home itself was spacious, clean and in a great location. Four of the five bedrooms have ocean views and the backyard leads right to the beach. I spent one evening there reading a book as the sun went down - a great spot. The owners were super helpful. Lilly walked us through the house and helped us order groceries for delivery. The resort itself has something for everyone - we took windsurfing and surfing lessons, played tennis, went to the water park, used the fitness center and of course frequented the pool. Getting around on golf carts really makes it feel like you are on vacation. Hopefully we can get back there soon.

You can’t beat the location, view and wonderful outdoor space overlooking the ocean! Gorgeous house with lots of room did not disappoint! We will definitely be going back to stay in this beautiful home! Owners very friendly and helpful. 😊👍🏻
