About this house rental

This gorgeous custom built home exhibits impeccable detail from top to bottom. this fabulous property features 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths plus in over 5,000 sqft of living space all sitting on a 10,500+ sqft lot. From its gorgeous custom front doors to the private lush back yard there is no detailed spared. Incredible quality and custom design characterizes this home and is seen in the coffered ceilings in living room and formal dining area, and beautiful Wrought Iron Staircase.

The space

The gourmet kitchen was brilliantly designed with quality in mind highlighted by a large center island, custom cut granite counters throughout, ample cabinet space and feature Sub-Zero/Wolf stainless steel appliances. Five of the bedrooms have their own en-suite. The Master retreat exudes sitting area, fireplace, 3 walk-in closets, and an exclusive master with dual vanities, large shower and a resort like bathtub perfect for relaxation. Balconies overlook the property, private backyard and pool/spa area.

The outdoor pool area has a gate surrounding the pool that gives peace of mind to guests and helps ensure safety for young kids. The pool area has several different seating spaces that give you the option to enjoy the pool area all day long. There is an outdoor gas grill that over looks the pool area and has a large prep table to ensure there is enough space for all prepared foods.

The home is truly a home away from home. Each part of the home is well stocked with extra towels, extra pillows and extra bedding. We stayed in this home with a multi-generation group of 10 people. The home is spacious and clean, with an ornate style. The backyard is beautiful, with greenery and plenty of furniture, a great pool and hot tub, and hummingbirds chirping everywhere. The rooms are large and almost every room has an en suite bathroom. The beds are comfortable.

Host was very accommodating, check-in was easy, house is exactly as pictured. My group was a total of 11 and we had more than enough room, spacious, clean and just as advertised.

Stayed here for the 2024 Rose Bowl, won by the Michigan Wolverines! Spacious property with plenty of BRs and bathrooms. Good-sized kitchen and great room. Was an easy 30min to the Rose Bowl stadium. Was a bit light on small stuff like soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms. Grill needs replacing, but overall good stay. Be aware that this is a large home, but it is an outlier in its neighborhood. The surrounding homes are much more modest.

Great location providing easy access by car to all areas of LA but particularly well located for all the studios and Holywood Walk of Fame etc. About a 25 minute drive to Santa Monica and beaches avoiding rush hour. Great access to local supermarkets - Ralph's and Trader Joe's good choices. The house was clean and as described and a great base. Thankfully the pool fencing had been removed as we had no young children which gave a much more open feeling to the outside space. The host was super-accommodating allowing an earlier check in and was really lovely when our flight home was cancelled and new flight was much later allowing us to stay for the whole day instead of needing to be out by 11am. Thank you for a great stay.

My extended family and I had an amazing stay at this property during my son's graduation from LMU. The home was close to everything we wanted to see & do, and there was more than enough space for the 9 adults and 2 kids that made the trip. The amazing backyard - with grill and pool - allowed us to eat and relax at the home when we were too tired to go out to a restaurant or sightsee LA. Bonus: the ping pong table was a welcome surprise for my son, who loves to play. Everyone who joined us on the trip raved about the quality of the house; if we were to go back to LA with as a group, we'd rent it again in a heartbeat. The host - Asaf - was incredibly responsive and accommodating; honestly can't say enough good thing about the entire experience. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Big, spacious, and beautiful. Lovely backyard. Great big kitchen. Owner was very attentive, responsive and easy to get in touch with. Fridge was stocked with cold drinks. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a notebook in the house with information about trash pick up, phone numbers to call in case of emergency, how to work the fire pit, how to work the hot tub, etc. and it would be helpful to have the many light switches labeled. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and would love to stay there again anytime! Great place!

Although the house looks formal in the pictures, it was very user-friendly. 11 of us stayed there and there were places to be together and places to be together. The owner was very responsive whenever we needed something. We would stay there again.

The house was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms perfect. Kitchen stove and oven could have been cleaner. Not enough towels. Not any shampoo or hair dryers. Lights are difficult to figure out. Doors do not shut good. But the owner was very nice. Let us check in a k little early and answered when I had a question. Overall was good.

Great VRBO. House and property are beautiful. Pool and yard were a little sanctuary and well kept. Great location for what we wanted to do. Management was very responsive to our needs.
