About this villa rental

Prime location: Luxury, private 5 bedroom 6 bathroom villa in Old Village neighborhood.

Close to bars and restaurant at the famous Old Village, and walking distance to the marina and nightlife.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room fully air conditioned and dining area for 8 people. Access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture to the garden and swimming pool.

The living room with the kitchen in "open space" style with a peninsule was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a chaise-longue sofa, Flat screen TV with Sky Sports, general channels from different countries (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese). High-speed fiber broadband and WiFi (250Mbps Fibre connection and totally unlimited traffi). The dining space consists of a square table and 8 chairs.

Fully fitted open space kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine.

There is also 1 bedroom with twin beds and en suite shower, air conditioning.

Separate toilet.

On the first floor of the villa there are the other 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: Double bed and en suite shower, balcony with small garden, air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: Double bed and en suite shower, safe, balcony with pool view, air conditioning.

Bedroom 4: Twin beds and en suite shower, balcony with pool view, air conditioning.

The lower level has TV room with sofa, Playstation, table tenis, games table and mini bar. The 5th and 6th bedroom is also on the lower level.

Surrounding the villa are a large salt water swimming pool (13m x 4m) with 140cm depth and acess by roman steps with monitor water quality, poolside shower, deck floor, 8 sun loungers and large sun umbrella.
Covered patio with a set of sofas, dining table for 8 people and charcoal BBQ.
Outside Jacuzzi included.

HEATED SWIMMING POOL with additional cost 360 euros per week.

Features central alarm system inside, blackouts and solar panels.

Distances: Marina (800m); Beach (1km); Supermarket (0,5km); Airport (25km); Train station (7km).

PLEASE NOTE:
- The client must have a minimum age of 30 years old to be able to book accommodation with CleverDetails, Lda., throughout the all stay a person with a minimum age of 25 years old should remain in the accommodation. A valid identification document with photograph must be showed on arrival.

Firstly it is a fabulous villa, great for the 8 of us with lots of facilities and was immaculate upon arrival. However, the air conditioning did not work from the start in one of the rooms with a double bed. We were provided with a fan for the first night and mobile air con unit from the 2nd night, but these were both too loud to use at night and we ended up having to swap rooms. Not ideal. In addition, the 2 rooms on the bottom floor were not air conditioned and this made it uncomfortable to sleep in. And in all the time of our stay, the air conditioning was not fixed so will therefore potentially remain broken for the next guests. I am aware that things happen, but I did have to follow up with the managing agents to find out when it would be fixed (they weren't sure) and for the amount that we paid for an air conditioned villa, I would not expect to have 3 of the rooms without air conditioning at all. Also to note: At the rear of the villa there is now a building site, rather than the view that is shown on the VRBO Listing. Noisy and dusty. I have contacted the management agents several times since our return regarding these issues and have had no reply which is disappointing.

We found the villa to be delightful . Plenty of space for 8 adults. It is well equiped with crockery and cooking facilities. The outside area around the Pool is ideal for lazy days and the location is ideal for walking to the marina.

Very spacious property, well furnished internally with plenty of features. Excellent WiFi coverage and plenty of television channels to suit all ages. Efficient air conditioning and plenty of sliding doors to gain breeze if A/C not required. Large clean swimming pool which could benefit from having either new sunbeds or cushions as they are uncomfortable after a hard day laying on them. Kitchen has all the required facilities to cook for guests but could do with more coffee mugs and sharp knives which are very minor points considering the quality of the villa. Property close to the Old Town which was built in the 1980s !! and a10-15 walk to the Marina which is a great place to dine. Local supermarket 5 mins walk. Highly recommended.

Just back from a one week stay at this awaesome villa. All areas are immaculate, 6 lovely ensuite bedroom, very spacious. Location also fantastic, 5mins from a Spar supermarket, 15min walk to the marina area and 7mins walk to the Old village. Fantastic for a family holiday, only minor flaw, the small BBQ was a struggle for our family of 10. Paula and Elsa The reps from Cleverdetails were excellent.
