About this apartment rental
Newly created Carriage house with separate, private entrance off our main house.. Luxurious king size bed with Egyptian cotton bedding. Studio perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave/ convection oven. All you could ever want in your cozy home away from home. Enjoy the beautiful, private backyard and deck that extends out into the marsh surrounded by active egrits and herons. Studio is completely private and sound proof. Full bathroom. One small dog fully trained pet is permitted, but you must contact me prior to booking about your pet. No furniture and must be on flea and tick medicine. There is a $20 pet fee per stay

Perfect location for 2 if you want to enjoy both the city and the island. Thoughtful studio layout: tall ceilings, full kitchen, comfortable furnishings, & air conditioning works great! Steps away from a private deck on the marsh to enjoy nature.

It was a perfect place for 2 people. We also had our dog (10lb Morkie) with us. Plenty of room, and well stocked. We loved the location because we could get to Tybee Island in a few minutes, and downtown Savannah as well. We also visited Hilton Head one day to go to the beach, as Tybee beaches do not welcome dogs. We would have loved to sit out on the deck a bit, but it was very hot and humid and the mosquitos loved us! All in all - it was a fabulous spot!

We loved our stay on Wilmington Island. So much to do in the area; Tybee Island, Savannah, Forts, lighthouses, animal reserve, dolphin boat trip. Our hosts made sure our stay was comfortable and recommended River Street in Savannah; we went and enjoyed the area. The landscaping was beautiful. The deck over the marsh was where I spent the evenings watching and listening to the birds. I was comfortable walking in the community. All the people we met were extremely friendly. We highly recommend this clean, comfortable, lovely studio apartment.

Stayed here for a very short visit to see my son. The efficiency apt was very convenient to Tybee, well stocked, and clean. I would definitely recommend it!!!

Savannha is a beautiful city with much to do. The home was convenient to numerous eating establishments, shopping and other tourist attractions. Could have stayed longer.

Our hosts were so attentive and kind. We were welcomed with muffins and a very clean, cozy well stocked little nest. The bed was super comfy. This was in a quiet residential area which was ideal. The listing could use some updates but overall an excellent stay!!!

The couple were great and responsive to any questions we had. They went above and beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean, well maintained and quiet. Very cozy and much nicer than a hotel.

After crowds and activities, a great place to relax. Very peaceful and cozy. Delightful, considerate owners who made my stay extra special. Easy access to the beach and Savannah's many attractions. A little pricey for the area BUT I considered it well worthwhile given the amenities.

We LOVED our stay here. Mary Ellen was a great hostess. The property EXCEEDED our expectations, online pictures didn't do it justice! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The lower deck is perfect for drinking your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. PERFECT location, as you are almost between Tybee, Fort Pulaski, and historic downtown. We are planning on staying longer next time so we can enjoy the apartment longer. Will definitely recommend.

I could not be happier with this home away from home. I am a snow bird from upstate New York and I stayed here all winter. I have three weeks to go in this amazing place and I'll be very sorry to leave. It offers me all that I want. I could live here! The kitchen is perfect for someone who wants to stock up and cook for yourself and has a large enough extended counter top to eat or do puzzles.. The living area is large enough for four to easily sit comfortably and I love the lazy boy recliner and big screen t.v. I have thorouly the way the sun shines in through the front window in the morning . The privacy is amazing even though it connect with a stairwell up from the garage. There is no way you can hear anything from the main house. The back yard with a swing and two decks is the best place for bird watching and sitting with a good book. The hosts are lovely and completely attentive to my needs and gives me complete privacy at the same time. I can't say enough about this experience
