About this house rental
My property is close to restaurants and dining and family- friendly activities. It is a short walk to Montgomery county fairgrounds and a lovely public park about 100 yards from the property for guests to unwind and only 10 minutes from downtown Dayton as well as the UD Arena. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the location. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and the living room is decorated with a contemporary-styled furniture, a 55-inch wall mounted HD flat screen TV with unique artwork adorning the walls. The master bedroom has an additional bathroom attached and a flat screen TV just for your relaxation. All the rooms are furnished with Queen sized, Serta Brand memory foam mattresses for your comfort. I have also provided an automated self inflatable queen sized mattress for younger members of the entourage. There is a full functional gas grill for barbecue with a reclining chair for guests to entertain during the hot summer months. The property has a fenced in backyard to enable kids play and have fun during their stay. It also has a fully automated oversized one car garage and has the capacity to accommodate up to 5 cars on the premises all at once.
My property is great for couples, business travelers and families(with kids) whether it is a reunion, wedding, graduation or business trip, you will find this well-appointed house just right. It has 1500 sq. feet of living space and can host up to a family of 8.

In town for a family wedding and this home was just what we needed for our family of 6 adults. The location was in a quiet neighborhood close to the venue and easy to access. The home was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again if another event brought us back to the area.

My family of 5 stayed from June 21-23 for the air show in Dayton. The house was very confortable for our weekend trip. It was clean and smell really good. There were complementary snacks and drinks for us, that was a very nice welcoming touch.
Paschal was very attentive at all time, he even helped us with some suggestions on restaurants for dinner. The location was 15/20 minutes to the air show.

Very easy check in. Never met the host in person but we kept in touch via text. Hes very friendly and directions were very clear from him. House was very clean. There was enough towels and most importantly toilet paper provided . Even had soap and body wash in the 2 bathrooms. Parking in the garage was a bonus which made us feel safer not having to go outside to our car during the evening or in the rain. Upon arrival there was a basket of snacks, water and juice in the fridge all complimentary. Beds were comfy. Master bedroom has a TV and bathroom Nice size kitchen w room to move around in. Nice 4 seating dining table We appreciated the alarm system in the home. It would alert us every time a door was opened Every bedroom had its own A/C unit along w the kitchen/ dining area

The property is nice but I was disappointed with the window air conditioning. "Modern amenities" to me includes central air. There could have been a few more dishes available too. There were only 2 cereal bowls, no serving bowls and no skillet or for preparing breakfast. There was a stove top griddle I found but it was warped and barely usable.
The master bedroom door and bathroom door both screech loudly when used. Maybe a little WD-40 would be helpful.
The location was very convenient for traveling. We were near major routes that would take us anywhere we needed to go.

We went to Dayton to look for a house for one of our children that has been transferred to the area. This house was great for our use with its close proximity to the freeway. House was fully equipped and worked for our needs. Paschal is a wonderful and available host.

Another trip to Dayton and this was our first choice for second stay. Paschal is a conscientious host and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. The house is well setup and the location is perfect: being close to major thoroughfares means everywhere is minutes away. Thanks for a great stay (again)!

We stayed at this comfortable home while we moved our daughter in for her 2nd year of college. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and even some complimentary snacks and beverages. Plenty of room to visit as a family. Location was a great quiet neighborhood. Our host was very communicative.

The semi-rural location of the property was quiet and appreciated after family functions. Plus the location in proximity to US-35 made getting everywhere a breeze.Paschal is an attentive and responsive host, but leaves you to enjoy your stay in peace. Thanks! The house was spacious and in a good neighborhood. It was easy to find places in the Dayton area. The host was great to connect with and provided an easy checkin and out process. The house was warm upon arrival with no central AC but it didn’t take long to cool down with AC units in each room!

Communication with Paschal was top notch! He was attentive and responsive. I didn't have to request information as he was prompt with any form of communication.
The area had me concerned, mainly from reading highest crime areas of the Dayton area, but prior reviews eased my mind. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with some land next to it. I didn't feel uneasy about the location. The only downfall about the location would be having to drive 15 minutes to a grocery store or restaurant.
The house itself is old but has been updated to accommodate. It had a very welcoming feel to it.
My biggest complaint had to do with some minor cleaning issues, however I notified Paschal verbally so that it may be addressed prior to the next tenant. Lastly, out of the 3 bedrooms, I (the reviewer) unfortunately had the worst bed in the house. The room across from the master had the most uncomfortable mattress (too firm) and the bed creaked at the slightest movement. I asked my family if they had any issues sleeping and they all loved their bed. To confirm this, I tested each bed and they were much more comfortable than mine. I needed an extra trip to the chiropractor after my unfortunate, broken bed.
Aside from that, it was a nice place. The rest of my family loved it and had no complaints. The kitchen was lovely. The home is perfect for your Dayton area needs. Thanks again.

Great place to stay! Very clean, comfortable rooms and beds. We had events in miamisburg, and the drive was about 15 minutes. Very easy to get back and forth to. Same with the airport.

We were in town for our daughters wedding. This house was the perfect place for us to relax and get ready for the special day. The house was very nice, clean and inviting. The snacks and drinks were very much appreciated. The host was very nice to work with and quickly replied to any questions we had. My husband is a runner and Possom Creek Metro park was close and a great place for him to run. We would gladly stay here again.

It is clear that Paschal, the owner, is putting in much work and effort to take care of his property and make it as comfortable as possible for his guests. This home allowed us to avoid the hassle and expense of a hotel, while also enjoying the comforts of 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Bonus for being able to park our rental car in the garage. We greatly appreciated Paschal's efforts, and his home.

The house was exceptionally clean, nice furniture, and although the A/C is window units, they were more than enough to keep the entire house cool in the August heat. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, there was ample storage for clothing to include some hangers for hanging clothing. Each bedroom has a nice size closet and dresser. Usage of the garage was a good plus as we came back to the house late on several occasions and as anyone traveling in an area you are not familiar with, this was an added safety feature that was nice to be able to use. The neighborhood was actually very quiet. The home is right down the street from the Veterans Hospital so anyone needing to visit family members at the VA, this would be a nice option for rental. Kitchen appliances were outstanding. The ONLY complaint we had with the kitchen was there were no pans, only pots for cooking and we couldn't find a strainer. Otherwise, everything you could need to cook with is available to you. Our teenagers that accompanied us on the trip were even pleased with the home. The bathrooms are small, but they serve their purpose. There were plenty of towels, linens, etc for your use. The owner was outstanding to work with and very helpful and accommodating both before and during our trip. We were here Monday thru Saturday and was able to go to Kings Island, National Air Force Museum (would highly recommend this for anyone visiting Ohio - it was outstanding and we didn't get to see everything - it literally would take 2 days to see the entire museum), attended a Cincinnati Reds game, outlet shopping, and we checked out Ohio State University Campus. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!
