The galley kitchen is fully stocked along with a Keurig coffee maker that provides everyone's favorite brew. Poll barn provides covered outdoor grilling/dining with a spectacular water/mountain view.

Desert Island, and Stonnington; 30 miles to Bangor, Bluehill, Ellsworth, Islesboro and the popular destination of Camden Hills noted for its quant shopping village and where mountain meets sea; 40 miles south to the Rockland/Rockport area and Thomaston where you can shop at the Maine State Prison Store featuring its beautiful wood furniture and crafts handmade by the inmates. We are just a hop and a skip to Bucksport featuring Fort Knox and the beautiful Penobscot Narrows Bridge, Winterport for its quaint village with its winery and brewery, Searsport with its 8 miles of antique shopping while featuring 'Museum in the Streets' with its Maritime Museum and nearby Moose Point State Park and Belfast for its quaint shops, galleries and co-op.
