Seaside Heights has become and still is the number one affordable seaside tourist destination for summer vacation in New Jersey. Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it for the rest of the week.

Walk outside and cross the street and you will be either on the beach, boardwalk, rides, restaurants, or the water park. Not only do we have a great location, but we also have one of the nicest houses in Seaside.

We are located on beach block, just five homes from the boardwalk and beach. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. The hassle of carrying your stuff for blocks to the beach is now a distant memory. And should you need to return back to your beautiful vacation home (like forgotten suntan lotion or to use the bathrm) the process becomes easy and carefree.

Welcome to our newly remodeled 2-family Beach House. We are offering you our “second level” 3-bedroom 1-bath unit. You will be amazed with our newest and cleanest beach house in Seaside Heights.

BEDROOMS: Each bedroom awaits you with your own 30-inch wall mount TV, a memory foam mattress (assuring you the best night’s sleep). Our memory foam mattresses are all naturally antimicrobial and resistant to allergens, mold, bacteria, and dust mites.

PARKING AND BEACH PASSES: Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it for the rest of the week. We offer 2 free parking spaces (additional parking spaces are available) plus up to 6 beach badges (a minimum total savings of $500).

EAT-IN KITCHEN: We have all the kitchen essentials you can think of for our Eat-In Kitchen including:
- Full-size Stainless-Steel Refrigerator
- Built-in Stainless-Steel Microwave/Fan
- Toaster, Blender, Coffee Maker
- Dishes, Pots & Pans, Silverware, Cups, & Glasses
- PLUS, outdoor open shower, picnic table and propane grill (shared)
- We provide freshly wash bed linen, pillows, and comforters (and towels if requested).
- There is plenty of table space if you choose to stay in for the evening playing a board game, enjoying your favorite cocktails with friends, or dabbling in a hand or two of Poker.

LOCATION: We our offering you the main level of our 2-family beach house. We are located on the beach block, just five homes from the boardwalk and beach. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. The hassle of carrying your stuff for blocks to the beach is now a distant memory.

ACTIVITIES: Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, nightlife, and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Café, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Drifter's rstr await your arrival. At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many nightclubs on the Boardwalk (with no cover charge needed) catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes if not seconds away). And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing, or Boating (all within a 15-minute walk). And let’s not forget; free movies beach every Sunday night, Wednesday night Beach Fireworks. And Thursday's Concerts on the Beach.

Property location was perfectly close to beach, boardwalk, and fun. The pictures don't give the space credit! TVs and air conditioning in every room. Large family room filled with games and kitchen space for the whole family. Heart of all the action but away from the noise. Our family would choose this spot everytime we come back. Thank you for taking care of us, it was more than we could have hoped for <3

Very happy with this house. Perfect amount of room for the 6 of us. House was very clean when we got there . We were able to park both our vehicles in front of the house. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. When I had any questions the owner got right back to me. I would definitely stay there again .

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We arrived and we didn’t have to deal with any issues or difficulties during check in and check out. I loved the AC units and fans throughout the home especially with the summer heat. The board games provided were really fun at night. The kitchen was great for cooking dinner and breakfasts each day and the walk to the boardwalk and beach was amazing and quick. We also walked to the grocery store which was pleasant as well.

The place was clean and accurate on the listing. We had a good time there. The only downside is there were no bath towels provided, only for an extra charge which was strange to me. Overall, the hosts were very attentive and great. I would recommend this property.

Once you park your car, you won't need it! The boardwalk is 1 block away! The water park was across the street, which our teenagers enjoyed! The house is in good condition and exactly as described. The owners are very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t know what to expect having never done this before. I have to say we were overjoyed that the unit was everything advertised and more! Adorable place with plenty of room, all the comforts of home but a block from the beach and boardwalk. John Anthony was wonderful responding immediately to any question I texted him. We would book again with him in a heartbeat!

When we first arrived the property was clean, the space was nice, the manager was hospitable. However the longer we stayed the more problems we had. First we found the ants in the kitchen. We informed the manager and we were told "Oh we know, there are traps out but they come in when it rains". He said he would spray outside for them later that day and never did. Next was the fire alarm. We were asleep, it was 1 in the morning and the fire alarm just randomly went off. This happened 2 other times in the morning. We again told the manager, he came and took the smoke detector and said he'd bring a new one later. Never did. Next was the kitchen lights. They flickered. I'm not talking 1 light flickering slightly, which would implicate the bulb burning out. I mean all 4 overhead lights were full on blinking. Practically strobe lights. Tell the manager "Yeah we know, but we just changed the bulbs" Then of course when it rained, the ceiling in the kitchen was leaking. Believe me this was not a new leak. The stain had clearly been there for a long time. When we told the manager "Oh yes. We knew about the leak, but we already fixed that." Clearly not! I had to mop a puddle in the kitchen at 5:30 in the morning and put a pot in the middle of the floor! Flickering lights, plus malfunctioning fire alarm, plus leaky roof. I guarantee there are electrical problems. This property is unsafe and unsanitary. Go somewhere else.

Good location to the boardwalk. The house was neat and clean. I would recommend curtains on the bedrooms windows, if you are staying with children the light early in the morning or spot lights from nearby parking lots coming in into the late night hours makes it a bit hard to fall asleep and to keep kids asleep in the morning. We were there 4th of July weekend through the week there were neighbors setting off fireworks right outside out windows well into the middle of the night over the weekend. There is also a dog in the neighborhood that barked a lot late at night and early morning.

This property was clean and spacious and exactly as described on the listing. The owner was always available and very attentive and friendly. He was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The unit was recently renovated and looks great. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

We had a great stay in the property. It was clean and as promised. Location was positively fantastic: just walked everywhere. Close to boardwalk, restaurants, beach, water park. I would suggest two things for future guests: you may want to request extra blankets, as host provided one bedspread/blanket per bed, which if it were chilly, wouldn't be enough and two, bring eye shades. The blinds in the windows are not room-darkening, so at night the lights from the parking lots/streets stream in the bedrooms. Other than that we had a FANTASTIC trip! Highly recommend!
