I stayed here with my husband for a long weekend in October. This cabin on the bluff had everything we were looking for: hot tub, covered porch with a swing, king-sized bed, fire pit, and above all, a gorgeous view! The kitchen was fully stocked with any and every item we could have possibly required. Plenty of towels and the washer/dryer combo is handy (there were even washing pods for our use!). The cabin was open and airy with lots of unobstructed windows (the windows facing the other residence does have window treatments). We loved our stay so much!! Only caution I would add is that the hot tub cover is heavy, so make sure you have someone (preferably two of you) who is strong enough to move the cover off and replace it when you are done. We would definitely stay here again!

Great view and wonderful outdoor seating options. I loved the swings and gliders. The lake was beautiful.

This place was overall pretty good. This place was advertised as 2 bathroom. Yes it was but, only 1 shower. The tiny stairwell was very tight and no bags could go up and down it. The hot water was in and out. View was great! Although the dock had poop all over it. Kitchen was supplied well. Host was great and left us a cake. The AC was great!

Very close to top tourist destinations. We loved the wrap around porch. There were assorted sized life jackets to borrow, a hot tub and a place to fish. Love it!

Perfect relaxing getaway

This was our third stay at the Cabin on the Bluff and it was great, as always! We'll be back again!

Lovely rustic cabin on a mountain on the water in the Ozarks. Quiet, serene, sunrise/sunsets, all the amenities of home and more, a hot tub, room for 8, great accomodating staff, canoe dock w/canoe, entertained by fireflies, squirrels, and birds, a perfect hideaway.

Property was very quiet and clean! The jacuzzi was heated and ready to go upon arrival! View was spectacular! Can't express enough how much the peace and quietness of this place suited our weekend perfectly! Definitely would recommend to anyone!

It was awesome. Nice, clean, inviting, quiet. Loved. The area and the cabin. Loved the hot tub. Loved the inside of them cabin. So much love and attention was given to the place. Will be going back as soon as i can

Wonderful location-quiet, peaceful-yet just minutes from town. The hot tub overlooking the lake is great. The cabin is spacious with all your need.

Enjoyed the coziness of the cabin and porch. Also the hot tub was relaxing with a great view. The lights on the porch needed bulbs so we could see our way from the car to the porch as their wasn’t a sidewalk but rocks. Also we needed a welcome book with instructions on how to work the many remotes and other information. The water knobs were on backwards so it was a hazard risk if you didn’t remember. The kitchen was stocked well. Only 2 ice trays for a group of 6 was not enough. We didn’t know about that so we ran to town to get a bag of ice. There was no baggies, foil, Saran Wrap for us to use. Coffee and coffee pot was supplied which was a bonus. Overall our stay was fun and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay. The owner has her guests in mind with all of the amenities there. There was wood already there for a campfire. Kitchen was well-stocked with anything you’d need to make a nice dinner. The house was very comfortable to stay in and owner was very attentive to any needs. Hot tub was really relaxing with beautiful views.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Every single detail was meticulously thought out for the guest’s comfort. We will DEFINITELY be back.

We had a wonderful getaway here. The view was absolute amazing, the hot tub was the best part, and we loved the house. We will definitely stay here again.

Well stocked and maintained cabin with beautiful views. Short drive to downtown Hot Springs. It was a perfect place to bring in the New Year!

I can’t say enough good things about “cabin on the bluff!” The house faces a beautiful lake in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing hot tub and fire pit. The inside was so inviting with a well equipped kitchen, super comfy furniture and very comfortable beds. The downstairs bathroom had a great soaking tub also. The weather forecast for the area was below freezing; however the gas heaters were on when we arrived making the house warm and inviting. We were only about 15 minutes away from downtown Hot springs that was all decorated for the holidays with plenty of eating choices. The owner was quick to answer any questions especially about travel conditions since we were coming from Louisiana. I want to come back in the spring to enjoy the lake!

The cabin was wonderful. So many outdoor areas to gather in. Family had a great time there!

The cabin was very cute and well stocked. I would say this particular cabin is not fit for small children or anyone with mobility issues. I think a map showing the winding roads to get to the cabin would be helpful. The outdoor hot tub was great. The path to the dock on the water was a little rocky, but we were all fit enough to make it down and back up. Had a few bug issues at the cabin, but it is a cabin in the woods of Arkansas. The owner sent the neighbor over to take care of the spider for us, so that was great. Overall it was a great location, plenty of room, nice kitchen setup, comfy beds and beautiful views.

We enjoyed our stay very much! I spent most of my time laying on the bench off the front porch. I might suggest adding a hammock!

We spent a week on our 15th wedding anniversary and loved it. Close to restuarants and grocery stores, yet the feeling of being secluded when at the propery. Would recommend!

I booked at our stay July 15-17 but we did not stay there due to Safety Concerns with home. Upon arrival, we called the Host with concerns and was told we could not get a refund since the refund time frame was over and short notice. If we had known about the safety aspect, we would not have booked here. Our Safety Concerns were specifically the stairwell guardrails and threadhold of bathroom on main floor. These areas are not up to Code and are a safety hazard to guests. One of the safety concern I had was for the spiral staircase guardrails. It would have been extremely easy for my one year old to fall through the stairwell because the guardrails are not secure. The child gate host provides does not fit anywhere around the stairwell or the entrance to the stairwell. The cross beams on the stairwell guardrails only had one crossbeam going diagonal on one section thus making extremely large gaps where a toddler, small child or Animal could fall through. The other side of the guardrail was made up of boat paddles. Several of the paddles we’re not secured and we’re movable. This stairwell is not up to Code and very dangerous. My entire family feared our toddler would fall through the unsecured stairwell and get hurt. The other concern was the different areas that required stepping up or stepping down or stepping over a threshold or other rooms, specifically the bathroom on the main floor. It has a 1 1/2” thick plank across the threshold that grabbed the toe of my shoe when I stepped thru the threshold. There is no indication or markings to let you know it is there. It makes tripping or falling over this threshold a big concern. This is another area that is not up to code. We did not stay in this home due to safety concerns for my family. My family’s safety comes first.

It was pretty decent. Not the cleanest. There was old food in the fridge and it didnt have the gas grill advertised. Other than that it was a good stay

The hostess was attentive and friendly. The property was clean and charming. We had a wonderful time and will return.

We loved the cabin on the bluff for our recent vacation with family. The pictures on the listing don’t do the property justice. It was perfect for our group and we would love to come back!
