Unit has a full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave but when you don't feel like cooking check out the onsite restaurant, sports bar, or poolside grill and bar. Resort is full of amenities! Indoor/Outdoor/Kiddie Pools, Lazy Rivers, Restaurant, Poolside Grill & Bar, Fitness Center, Gift shop. Special restrictions: * Parking for 1 standard-sized vehicle is included in the rate. Parking is in a covered parking garage across the street. There are a small number of handicap spaces and a 15 minute unloading zone available steps from the building entrance. * This is a non-smoking resort. No Smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony or public areas. * The resort no longer allows dogs. The owner does not allow pets of any kind due to family members with allergies. * Coin operated Washer/Dryer are available on the main floor of the building for guest use. Machines are not located within the unit itself. * Must be at least 25 years of age to rent. Rates quoted include linens for the 2 beds in the bedroom and towels, departure cleaning, and in-unit internet. Rates do not include mid-week cleaning or linen exchange. Linens for the Murphy Bed can be quoted for additional fee. EXTENDED WINTER & OFF SEASON RENTALS are available for snowbirds.
