About this apartment rental

This amazing four bedroom Tavern Shores town home has great lake views. You have access to a private pier for swimming and boating, a private pool, two tennis courts, pickle ball courts, expansive lawns, and a private beach that's great for young kids that that includes a beach volleyball court and a separate BBQ area. We also have one kayak and a paddle board available for use. The condo is located right in Tahoe City and just a quick walk to town for shopping, casual and fine dining, river rafting and golf.

For skiers, it is conveniently located near Palisades for either Squaw Valley or Alpine Meadows, or Homewood and Northstar. There is even ski bus that picks up right outside the property and a sledding hill and cross country ski opportunities nearby. There are also three pairs of snow shoes for your use.

The master bedroom has king bed, en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lake. One guest room has a queen bedroom, lake view and balcony. The other two bedrooms have queen and full beds. The house sleeps 8 people and is approx.1700 sq. ft. Guests are not allowed to bring pets (homeowner’s association rule). There is Direct TV and WIFI is available throughout the house. Cell phones with all major carriers work well.

Our family (2 adults and 3 kids) had a wonderful stay at this home. You have great views of the lake; there’s a warm HOA pool nearby; it’s a very short walk to the center of Tahoe City; and it’s an easy drive to Palisades / Alpine Meadows, Truckee, and much more. And the 4 bedrooms provided plenty of space for our family! And when something went wrong (tv stopped working), the owner responded immediately and fixed it. Highly recommend.

We loved the Tavern Shores location and unit is perfect for a family wanting to enjoy the Lake Tahoe area. Easy walk to most Tahoe City restaurants, bars and shopping. The unit and Tavern Shores facilities has all the amenities you'll need to enjoy your vacation. We'd be delighted to stay here again.

Beautifil setting. Homeowner seemed. very helpful and was generous regarding use of their things but property not clean. We needed to wash all silverware and dishes b4 using. Lots of dust. Home needed a good professional cleaning. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Just dishes were not. Sulverware was sticky. When we could use dishwasher it did a good job but thenGarbage disposal did not work. So we couldnt use dishwasher. Needed an allen wrench to fix garbage disposal which we did not have. We loved Tavern Shores and the unit was very comfortable
