Explore the modern, spacious 3bd/2.5bath home located within the Cloisters at Myrtle-wood. This lovely 1800sq ft home has elegance, with impressive features like wood flooring, tray ceiling in the master bedroom, multiple flat screen televisions with cable, and complimentary WiFi Internet access.

Open lay our living room with fully equipped kitchen and a half bathroom down stairs. Stainless steel appliances and bar chairs for extra sitting. Downstairs there is a pull out sofa that sleeps 2 with a flat screen tv. In addition downstairs there is the 2 car garage

Take the stairs upstairs to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

first bedroom is a master with a king bed and a dresser/flat screen tv and a private large bathroom.
2nd bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed with dresser and flat screen tv and large closet space.
3rd bedroom has large queen bed with dresser and a flat screen tv with a large closet.
living room has a sofa that pulls out into a queen bed.

Note: Please do not deliver mail/packages to the house without prior coordination.

Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow motorcycles or boat trailers.

We took a trip with friends so our husbands could play some golf and the girls could hit the beach. The house was a great location with golf courses very near by. Beach was a short drive to public parking.

Horrible terrible service, no responses,no call backs! Tried to cancel for medical emergency never answered or call us back! Just been given run around and took are money! Do not stay any where near there please!!!

Great place to stay. We were there during the off season for an event in Myrtle Beach. The house is just as described in the listing and had everything one would need while staying there. Plus you can’t beat the location it’s close to all the main attractions and super easy to get to and from. The kitchen is well equipped and all the bedrooms have nice large tv’s (which my kids loved). Nick was very responsive and made check in and out super easy. I highly recommend a stay!!!

This home was perfect for our quick stay. We were in town to visit family and this home was great to come back to after being out during the day. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. The drive to the Broadwalk was short. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay however parking is horrible if you have any vehicle larger than a sedan, you will not be able to use garage. No cable/wifi in any of the bedrooms, TV in living froze up a lot! Management was trying to accommodate, overall very comfortable and clean.

House and location was great not far from anything garage was kind of small so it couldn’t fit my truck and parking was kind of a headache which the homeowner has no control over but all in all I would definitely rent again

The property was very clean and is near all of the activities and restaurants. Julian was very quick to respond when we had issues with working the TVs and getting the cable to come on. The only thing that we noticed was the couch was broken and we made sure we didn't use it to cause any further damage. Everything else was AWESOME!!!

This was a short trip with some friends, property was amazing and the garage space was perfect for both cars and 2 more cars that could be parked outside! Rooms were very nicely furnished and the Kitchen was great with everything available to use for cooking and baking! I Definitely auld recommend this property! The owner was amazing as well, very responsive the entire time.

Very clean, very comfortable and close to everything. The only thing is online booking stated there was a pool but there is not. The stove and oven is gas. The property manager was very nice reached out to us and was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay stay again.

The property is a new build two years old but after entering the premises it was unclean and not kept up. The baseboards, floors, showers, towels, sheets, comforters, walls, refrigerator were all dirty. We had to buy towels and linen. The shower liner was mildewed and smelled and the rugs were dirty. The door handles were loose, coach broken and holes in the walk. After telling the owner, his response was i was just there and cleaners were too. Then he sent cleaners who only cleaned a few things. Then after we came and inspected again he sent them finally sent cleaners who we showed everything that was wrong. They finally cleaned. We were given less than one night stay refund after being told that we would get 1/3rd. Owner number two showed empathy while owner 1 showed none.

Th is is a nice beautiful spacious home to rent. My family initially wanted to stay in a hotel. I talked them out of it and suggested we rent a house so we could all be together. This was the best decision. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from the beach. What I liked about the house is the open space of the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed I slept in was comfortable. Nice size bathrooms and the home was very clean. Until next time MB!

Everything about the stay was excellent. I hope to reserve this home in the future. Proximity to the beach is a short drive down 48th and there was always parking. If want to enjoy the boardwalk, it’s a longer drive but it’s quite close. We loved are time in this home and at Myrtle Beach.

This was one of our best family vacation. The house is spacious and clean. We loved the location and quite neighborhood. You have groceries stores and pharmacies within 2 miles distance. The owner provide paper goods and many other things that most owners don't provides. He makes sure you feel cared for.Surely, we will come back to this place again.

The original property we hoped to rent was unable but the manager was amazing to work with and suggested another property he has in the same neighborhood. The house was spacious and clean and conveniently located to the convention center (the reason we were in town). Manager was great and accommodating. I would highly recommend.
