Marival Distinct Luxury Resort is consistently one of the highest rated luxury resorts in Nuevo Vallarta/Puerto Vallarta. Beach Front Private Cabana with waiter service. There is a weekly rate of $2730 for this 2 BR unit. See info below for approx. ALL INCLUSIVE fees which are REQUIRED by Marival. There is a minimum 3 adult All Inclusive fee (2 children = 1 adult) for this unit. Must reserve at least 7 Nights. I also have large 1 and 3 bedroom condos available. The All Inclusive restaurants at this resort have beautiful decor/ocean scenery with outstanding food choices and drinks! No buffets - everything made to order and to your satisfaction!

This is an ALL INCLUSIVE ONLY Resort. The AI fees are separate from this listing price and are payable directly to the Resort. Fees are per person/night and vary by season and by age (Children 6 and under stay free - Children 7-12 pay Child AI fee - 13 and over pay Adult AI fee). Adult AI fee (age 13 and older) is approx $198 per day. Child AI fee (ages 6-12) is approx $90 per day. Free all-inclusive ages 6 and under. These fees are paid directly to Marival at check-in. All Inclusive fees are SUBJECT TO CHANGE depending on dates booked. THESE FEES WILL BE CONFIRMED WHEN YOU INQUIRE.

All-Inclusive package includes all meals served a la carte and gourmet specialties for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, national and premium brand drinks. Includes services at the Marival Distinct Residences Luxury Resort and the sister propery - Marival Emotions Resort & Suites.

These Platinum Benefits provides access to specific units. These units are potentially available any time of the year, and we can book multiple units during the same period should you be traveling with friends or family.

When inquiring about this listing, please indicate the dates you would like to travel, how many rooms you may be interested in, and if your travel dates are flexible? (While the resort tries to provide us access to the specific dates we are looking for, having some flexibility always improves their ability to confirm the reservation.)

On confirmation of availability, we request you make the initial 100% deposit within 24 hours (at which time, you will receive a confirmation from the resort of the booking). You will pay the All Incusive fees directly to Marival when you check-in at the resort. Should you need to reschedule your trip, you can do so once by paying the rebooking fee of $200 US/week plus a change fee of $250 US/week. (The trip must be rescheduled within 90 days of original booking date, and is subject to availability).

Upon arrival to the Marival Residences, as a Platinum member user, you will be entitled to request an upgrade (private Demi pool, Penthouse Suite, Ocean View, etc...) this is subject to availability.

Property was beautiful! Amazing, really! Very clean and well maintained. Most staff are very helpful and friendly. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath unit was the perfect space for our family of 4. Travelling with 2 young children, space is a must so we couldn't have asked for anything more accommodating. Our one and only complaint would be that our room key had to be reactivated numerous times which was a little inconvenient going back and forth to the front desk to get it working again. We will return again some day...hopefully soon :)

This vacation home is beyond words. The actual condo is beautiful but the resort is wonderful too. There was more than enough room for our family of 6 with four teens. The balcony was a great place to hang out with a book and coffee in the morning. If you can request to have a higher floor do so you can see the sunset from your room. Because we rented through Mark we had all the amenities that owners have, other families we went with did not have as much access as we did.The staff went above and beyond to make everything a five star stay. The food at all the restaurants was fabulous. We hope to visit again in the future! Than you Mark for a great vacation.

Wow! This place is just wow! The service, the accommodations, the food, the people, everything was wonderful. The owner replied to my numerous questions quickly and was great to work with. We loved this place!!! There is something for everyone here. The platinum benefits you get are awesome. We had lunch on the beach and it is awesome to have the scented towels and drinks brought to you as you relax in the VIP area. The room service was amazing. We had 7 people in my group and when I asked for the fridge to be restocked, they sent a case of water every day. All of the restaurants are yummy. We never got sick of a restaurant as we usually do at all-inclusives. Even our picky palettes were happy. I will definitely be back!!!
