This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront condo is unsurpassed in location and design. No detail has been overlooked; from the furnishings, bedding, fit and finishes; every detail has been covered. The second you walk through the front door you will realize you have made the right decision as Unit 301 is equipped with breath taking ocean views and high-end interior work that is balanced with comfort. This unit is located on Crescent Beach, which in our opinion is some of the nicest beach front on the East Coast. It is remote and clean with stretches of white sand and gentle, warm ocean. After enjoying the beach, you can head into St. Augustine known for its historic downtown, shopping, craft cocktails and fine dining. Also available are boating, tours, farmers markets, yoga/gym studios, concerts and live music. Enjoy! We are happy you are here.

This condo was great for six adults and one toddler. We had plenty of room to spread out and not get in each other's way. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The only thing we felt was missing was a doormat for outside and inside the front door. We put down towels and moved the mat from the laundry room so we had something to put our shoes on. My daughter thought the mattress in the front bedroom was too hard, but the other two mattresses were great. The balcony is a good size and the view is gorgeous!! The pool is clean and we had it to ourselves most days. There are plenty of beach toys and towels.There are also a couple beach chairs but we didn't use those. I highly recommend this condo. I'm so glad we found it! We plan to return soon!

Beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for my family of four and could've easily had a couple of more people. Views were amazing! We have been going to Crescent Beach for 10+ years and this is definitely one of the more updated condos that we have stayed in. The condo is on the third floor, which provides amazing views… The only challenge was the elevator was out in the building while we were there. It did not impact our vacation at all, but if anyone had a challenge with stairs, I recommend you ask about the elevator prior to arrival

Our annual week at the beach was even better this year having found this condo to stay in. We had a couple small issues with blinds and storm shutters, but the hosts were very responsive and sent someone out the next day to get them working. The condo is well appointed with all the basics. It was especially nice having a full size washer and dryer. We're already excited for next year!!!

This condo is beautifully decorated without the clutter that comes with a few others we are familiar with. It’s comfortable, well stocked, and spacious. The view can’t be beaten….gorgeous and peaceful. The location lends itself to as much activity as you want…..a short hop to St Augustine for some interesting and fun activities or the quiet of an uncrowded beach. It was a pleasure dealing with the responsive hosts.

We stayed in this unit for a month and enjoyed it with family and friends. Very clean and easy to maintain. Comfy beds and furniture. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook at home. Plenty of chairs and toys to take to the beach. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and supplied great info about restaurants and venues in the area. The beach is beautiful and falling asleep every night to the sound of crashing waves was wonderful! We hope to return in the future.

Condo was just what we wanted - in an area less frequented than St Augustine Beach. We were able to view sunrise and sunset from our porch and balcony, with the beach just below us. We had minor issue with light bulbs not working and it was fixed within 2 hours of our call - management very accommodating. Overall, a great stay for two people, but large enough for a family of 6 - very relaxing. Highly recommended for those that want a pure sand quiet getaway outside of St Augustine.

This property is everything the description and reviews say it is- simply outstanding. The condo is super clean, spacious, and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. We stayed with my 82 year old father-in-law who uses a cane and had no issues getting around. Elevators are convenient and offer easy access. The beach is gorgeous for walks or viewing from the balcony. Sunrises are breathtaking! The beach is quiet and great for relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property!

Myself, then my daughter, grew up visiting family in this area multiple times a year and wanted to bring the next generation down. The location is perfect. You're far enough from the high traffic areas but also close enough to enjoy them easily. The condo, the views and furnished items exceeded exceeded my expectations. We can definitely pack lighter next year! The access to the beach from this unit is perfect for those with toddlers who can't do a full day on the beach... the bonus from this property is being inside with one baby while watching your family play out on the beach.

The property has easy access to the beach with a short walk and has beautiful ocean views and landscapes. The decor and furnishings are perfect especially with the added chairs requested on the balcony which the owner provided at our request. The info provided about restaurant dining was really helpful, too. Had a great time and would recommend a stay.

We booked the condo for a much needed vacation and it definitely met our expectations. Easy access to the beach and beautiful ocean views in a less crowded area really hit the mark. The condo was lovely and was perfect for our group. We also loved that it wasn’t too far to get to the local activities in St. Augustine. We would definitely stay again!

This condo has it all huge balcony right on the beach, great master bedroom and living area all with a spectacular view of the ocean. You are also in great hands with the owner’s of this property they are some of the most accommodating people we have met. My wife and I will be back as soon as possible to stay in our new home away from home!!

Our stay in St. Augustine was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully appointed and the view is breathtaking. The condo was spotless, and the view straight out to the ocean was beautiful. Private location and beach, although because of the hurricane damage there was no direct access to the beach from the condo (I saw this up and down Crescent Beach).

My husband and I stayed here during Thanksgiving week. It was so wonderful. This condo is on the corner and you have a fabulous view. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and were very easy to get in touch with.

We just spent a week at this wonderful home. The owners have made this such a wonderful place to stay. The view is amazing, the complex is very well-kept. Hurricane Ian washed away the steps to the beach so accessing the beach was a challenge. Had to drive to a park to reach the beach. Hopefully the steps will be repaired soon.

Spacious three bedroom unit. Though just two of us we rented it for the ocean front view. Sunrise on patio deck and sunsets of the inlet from the front porch area. End unit was quiet and comfortable master king bed.

We had two fantastic weeks at the condo. Came across this one after the one that was booked and paid for was sold. Coastal Reality could not find us accommodations that would work. There were a few issues however Mike was very accommodating and came out to the condo. I have already poked for next year!

Lovely Condo, beautiful views of ocean and intercoastal. Clean, well supplied, comfortable. Pool and Beach immaculate. Extra beach chairs were welcome. Parking great. furnishings and decor pretty. If you ever repalce dining table We would suggest rectangle to seat at least 6, nicer to eat at one table. Replace toilet seats as well. We would definately return, and highly reccommend it to others. Great memories!!

The condo was perfect! Really nice decor, plenty of room, and had everything we needed. The view was great from the balcony, and we enjoyed sitting out there at night, listening to the waves and feeling the amazing breeze. I also went out a few times from the master bedroom to watch the sunrise. Nice quiet area and so much to do within 25 minutes or less. Owner was great too…highly recommend this condo!!

This condo is very comfortable and located right on the ocean. The view is spectacular! The beach is beautiful with lovely white sand. It’s worth a mention that there is an elevator in the building. That’s always a plus when renting a condo on the third floor. The owner checked in with me to be sure all was going well. Everything was great!

Condo was clean, upkept, and as advertised. Great views of, and access to, the beach. Beachfront was not crowded. Good options for nearby restaurants and activities. Good communication with owner - he called the morning after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Excellent location in a nice quieter portion of the beach just south of St Augustine. Third floor unit, beautifully renovated, end unit with windows on three sides. Great sized rear balcony and a small area on the front of the building to view the sunsets. Very spacious unit with a nice sized laundry room where you can store some beach chairs and umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again

Condo was just as the picture portrayed. But there was a communication issue with the owner. Still waiting on a response from the no plunger situation! Cleaning team did an ok job, left dirty paper towels from the clean , streaks on the fridge. No additional garbage bags or blankets no where on property along with empty hand soap bottles. I had to buy a plunger yes only $4 bucks but there should be on on property!! Will I come back yes! The location to food was amazing! The weather finally kicked in mid week. Thx
