About this apartment rental

We are in Pineto, a green community with two beautiful pine forests and a clean sea suitable for children. A gorgeous terrace overlooking the sea and the gran stone, furnished with tables and sun tents, for a relaxing and refreshing holiday, only the sight is unmatched , There are also 3 bedrooms (6 beds plus baby cot) 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room. All 20 meters from the sea and pine forest, all commercial services within walking distance, cycle track that lays the sea. Agreements with beach and restaurants, laundry condominium, utilities included in the price, cleaning fee separately, we accept pets
The apartment has an equipped kitchen, the price includes the use of the washing machine once a week, if you want to use it for several times, the cost is € 3.00 per wash. Prices are inclusive of utilities, if you want to use energy-efficient appliances such as fans, mobile air conditioners, electric grill, microwave oven, electric coffee makers, electricity is calculated separately and you must give notice before the beginning of the stay.
In prices are not inclusive of final cleaning costs that must be paid upon arrival and which amount to € 70.00, in the case of animals are € 80.00.
Upon arrival you must also pay the deposit of € 50.00 for any damage, which will be returned upon departure if no damage to the apartment and property is registered.
On the spot the tourist tax of 0.80 euros per person per day for a maximum of 6 days must be paid. Those under 14 are exempted, the disabled and their companion.

"The apartment was very spacious, clean and good value for money. It was extremely close to the beach, which was wonderful for the children! The owners were pleasant and helpful and coped well with our very limited Italian. The only reason I am rating the holiday as 4/5 is because there was too much noise from the level crossing and from the hotel opposite. Still a wonderful holiday."

"We found the apartment block to be ideally located with the beach only 50 meters away and the town centre close by as well. We stayed in the second floor apartment which was perfect for a family of 4+. The apartment included all the desired amenities including parking; was clean and had a good sized terrace with a sea view. Although the railway line is quite close we found that we didn’t notice the trains after a couple of days. The owner of the apartment was very welcoming and sorted out a small problem very promptly, she also lives close by which is useful in case there are any problems. Pineto is a perfect place to relax and an ideal location to explore the local countryside. We would recommend both the apartment and the Abruzzo region to anyone."

"We had a lovely time in Pineto even though it was the very end of the season and things were winding down . The apartment couldn't be better located - right at the beach. 7km of beautiful sand. The only thing lacking in the flat was a T. V. (we missed the news). However the owner explained that she had got tired of replacing broken televisions. There was a radio - I shall have to improve my Italian. Safe parking right outside the house. The trains took a day or so to get used to -after that we hardly noticed them."
