OFF SEASON SHORT TERM: Lazy River Rentals offers short term rentals between Sept - April only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Local zoning precludes rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 2 guests from 3 BR permits 3 guests, 4 BR permits up to 4 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.

         OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Maximum is 10 adults guests an 2 children under 12.

POOL ACCESS & WATER PARK : Breakwater Park Wave Pool and Water Park located across the street, Discounted Water Park Tickets are available at our Office. Guests can opt for pool access at our main location just three blocks away for an additional l $ 150.00 for the length of your entire reservation.

COURTYARDS & SUN DECK : Property has two outdoor courtyards and sun deck along with outdoor showers , outdoor furniture, tables and loungers. Court have designated BBQ areas that have gas grills for family cooking and and outdoor dining.

This professionally designed, private 3 BR Cottage, non smoking, two bedroom Suite (Sleeps 6 adults and 2 children under 12) has an open floor plan with a large living room with large smart TV, full kitchen including small appliances, full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Bedroom has a queen size bed, furniture, large smart TV and closet system for organization. Living room has a double twin mattress Day Bed. This property has a multi machine coin operate laundry just steps from the Suite. Standard WIFI Internet provided through out the property by Optimum.
Has a large roof top deck for private use in the evenings and shared use during the day. Great for private time, sun bathing and relaxation.
