Cozy, two bedroom, one bath, in town get away! One bedroom with king size bed. Second bedroom has a set of twin beds. Living room sofa has a queen, pull out bed with a modern inflatable mattress. All new linens. Internet/WIFI /Cable/ Smart TV and blow dryer. Full kitchen with dishes, pans, baking items, mixer, blender, utensils and plastic ware for outdoor dining. Also has new washer and dryer and ironing board/iron . Screened in, furnished, front porch. Gas grill and patio set for six. Large backyard with fire pit. Beach canopy, Beach towels, beach chairs, bikes/ helmets and a rolling cooler. Very clean baby items: unisex stroller, Pack and Play and a high chair. Walking distance to downtown, the marina, the beach, restaurants, and all the amenities Charlevoix has to offer.Read our five star reviews!!! Our renters love our SUPER CLEAN, cozy little cottage with a great price! An entire house for half the price of a hotel! Located in a neat, quiet neighborhood. This was a perfect place for friends to stay during our wedding! Close to Dairy Grille (local classic), easy to access, walking distance to downtown. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in Charlevoix.

I can't say enough about how happy we were with our stay. The house was extremely clean and perfect for our needs. Excellent location too. The property owner communicates very well allowing for an easy check in and check out process.

This lovely cottage was located within walking distance of both the Lake Michigan beach and downtown Charlevoix. We also enjoyed the bikes that are included with the property! The owners did a great job with attention the detail by having everything well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

The cottage is absolutely adorable. It worked perfectly for our weekend needs. The back yard is so big and they have many amenities so we did not have to pack so many items to bring. Our infant slept in the pack and play and we used the stroller as well. Our daughter lived "collecting sticks" for our fire pit and s'mores activity. The beds were comfy and the home was clean.

I would highly recommend renting a property from this owner! Great communtion and easy to work with if an issue does arise. The location is amazing!! Will definitely rent from her again!!!

This cozy little cottage is quaint, full of character and has everything you could need during your stay! Beds are comfy, the kitchen is fully equipped, beach chairs and towels available, bikes, firepit....I could go on and on! It's location couldn't be nicer...quiet side street and close to everything. Definitely on my list of places to stay at again!

We came for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay! The house was so clean and cozy. Bridget was very sweet and offered lots of great amenities with the rental. It was close to the wedding venue and downtown Charlevoix/the beach. We spent so much time enjoying the porch and hope to come back again soon!

We enjoyed our stay.The house is very close to downtown ,with a parking lot nearby.The house was clean and cozy.The owners were very responsive when we messaged them.There were pamphlets with different sites to visit.The owners left a note and they had a notebook with valuable information. We visited downtown Petoskey ,lots of shops and restaurants.Pictured rocks boat cruise was amazing.

My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with this cottage. Super clean. They provided everything we needed and we still had plenty of space for the two of us and all our things. The location was perfect. We took many bike rides around town. We hope to be back again. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Cottage was comfortable, welcoming and a perfectly placed. Trust us you want to be on this side of the draw bridge. In walking distance of downtown shops and eateries. Checked one off the bucket list taking the time to visit Mackinac Island for the day. Which did not disappoint… Baby Sister was married at a beautiful Mushroom house. Charlevoix for the WIN!

This cottage had everything we needed for a week stay in Charlevoix with the family. Having access to bikes and beach chairs and towels was a bonus. I stayed with my two teenage kids and 79 year old mom. Wish it was a bit closer to downtown but still walkable. Easy to drive my mom and find parking in a public lot with no issues.

My husband, myself and our 20 month old daughter stayed in this cute cottage over Memorial Day weekend. It was perfect for the three of us and had everything we needed. Bridget even has an extra stroller, pack n play and high chair if you don’t want to pack yours for the trip! That definitely saved us space not having to bring the high chair and stroller. I really liked the layout of the cottage for sleeping as well, the bedrooms are attached by a bathroom so that was really nice having our little one extra close. Downtown Charlevoix is definitely walking distance from the cottage and also on the street corner of the cottage is a really good ice cream and food place. We visited Lake Michigan and lake Charlevoix. Lake Charlevoix was our favorite, so secluded and nice playground area and rocks on the beach to look through. We had a great stay at this cottage and if you’re looking for one that’s friendly to babies/toddlers, this one is perfect! Thank you Bridget!

This was a great place to stay, super cute, close to the beautiful beach and downtown. Bridgette was great to work with and if staying in Charlevoix again, we will surely be return renters!!

The rental is exactly like the pictures show on line. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. I could could text the owners anytime with questions . All round a great place to stay. Highly recommend.
