About this apartment rental

Apartment on the second floor, in a jointly-owned building with lift, with 3 balconies. Located in Alghero, North-West Sardinia, at approx. 300 meters from the wonderful beach of Lido and at short distance from the shops and restaurants.
INTERIORS: Ample sitting room; equipped kitchen; one double bedroom; two twin bedrooms; cradle (on request); one extra bed; one bathroom with shower and another one with bathtub.
Services: air conditioning in Summer and central heating in Winter(on payment); washing machine; dishwasher; colour TV sat; ironing board and iron; kettle ; vacuum cleaner; hair dryer; microwave oven; water reservoir; double windows with fly screens. Kitchen equipment.
On arrival is due a deposit of € 150 refundable on departure.
Extra charges:
Final cleaning from € 70 (+ 30 for the kitchen); electricity (from meter reading 0,50 1KW)
Bed and bath linen on request (12 euros per person);

Appartment was exactly as stated on homelidays : well equiped, located centrally (near beach, bus station, train station, 20min bus to airport) Owner's were very friendly : They awaited us after we took the wrong busstop, and arrived more than one hour later, at about 23h. We got good explanations, and clear agreements were made. We stayed with seven persons (4 adults, 3 children between 10 and 14 years), and had more then enough space in the appartment. We had a lovely holiday in Sardinia, and might be back next year (although we usually take another holiday location every year)

"We just arrived from Alghero and we had a lovely holiday. Our apartment was near the sea and it was great: very clean, spacious and well equipped. There was room enough for 7 people. From the kitchen we found everything we needed. The washing machine was great! Owners, Giovanna and Gavin, are very friendly and helpful persons and it was a pleasure to meet them. We definitely recommend this lovely apartment to everybody!"

"I have recently returned from a fantastic 2 weeks holiday in Alghero - Sardinia. We stayed in a self catering apartment which was spotlessly clean,very spacious and very well furnished.The fitted kitchen comprised of a table and 4 chairs,full size fridge, microwave, gas cooker and washing machine; in addition numerous pots and pans available for cooking as well as cups,saucers and plates, etc...The apartment is very well situated and near all the main amenities, bus stop,railway station,supermarkets,etc...It is also walking distance to the beach, and to the old town.The owners,Giovanna and Gavin are the most sincere,decent and obliging people we've had the privilege to know.They picked us up on arrival at the airport and took us to the airport on the day of departure.We shall never forget their kindness and hospitality.I would like also to add the fact that the apartment is big enough to accomodate at least 6 people with ease.It is also very quiet at night and is situated in a very good district.We shall definitely go back to this appartment and highly recommend it to anyone holidaying in Alghero."

"Lägenheten var toppen, läget, skicket och utrustningenm, allt fanns t.o.m. kortspel, kvarlämnade böcker på minst 4 olika språk. Lägenheten var också sval tack vare läget och alla balkongers markiser. Tvättmaskinen var super! "My stay was without a doubt one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had!!!From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were treated with service second to none. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Alghero is stupendous!Ms. Canu and her husband were most pleasant to deal with and they went out of their way to make our stay a most pleasant experience.(They will even pick you up and take you back to the airport on request.)The location was excellent the premises were immaculately clean (I have never stayed in a cleaner place) and everything you would need was available and in excellent condition. Last but not least, I feel that I received excellent value for our money.I hope to be able to visit again and again and I would recommend it to anyone. T. Ercolani"

"The apartment was as good as we thought, big, clean and was equipped with everything we needed. In the description we read that it´s 50 m to Alghero and to shops. We thought they meant to the centre, but to the centre it was about 1 kilometer. The owners, Giovanna and Gianni, were very kind to us, gave us some tips and also gave us tranfer to the airport. Thank you! We enjoyed the stay in your nice apartment."
