BEDROOMS: All of our mattresses are memory foam, assuring you the best night's sleep. Our memory foam mattresses are all naturally antimicrobial and resistant to allergens, mold, bacteria and dust mites.

Our brand new KITCHEN has quiet push all wood cabinets, high efficient electric stove tops, granite countertops and stainless steel sink, fan, dishwasher and refrigerator.

BATHROOM: is newly tiled and spotless.

LOCATION: We our offering you the main level of our 2-family beach house. We are located on the beach block, just five homes from the boardwalk and beach. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. The hassle of carrying your stuff for blocks to the beach is now a distant memory. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, on Wednesday night Beach Fireworks. And the free Concerts on the Beach.

ACTIVITIES: Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new FreeRange rstr await your arrival. At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many night clubs on the Boardwalk or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes if not seconds away). And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional sea shore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 15-minute walk).

Really close to the beach and boardwalk. Easy check in. Kitchen was pretty much fully equipped for us to make our own breakfast every morning (minus the food obviously). It was great for 3 adults, 1 teen and a 2 year old.

We needed to find some quickly for a memorial service over the weekend. The owners worked with us to find an accessible ground floor unit for our mother who has limited mobility. John Anthony was very accommodating and the place was clean and comfortable. Well located too just blocks from the beach and to many restaurants. Thank you for making it such a nice stay.

The only thing that was terrible was the drive to location. Lol once we arrived the place is located in the back giving us privacy and very low noise or no noise. The home was exceptionally clean and each room was perfect for us. Very cozy, communication with host John was great. I would recommend this place close to everything needed. House was pretty clean but listing had outdoor shower listed but did not see an outdoor shower. Listing had shown one room had 2 queens but only had 1 although this was later clarified in the description. Overall property was great and host was very helpful and great to communicate with.

First of all, the property was wonderful! Clean, new, fully furnished and even included extras. Such as all kitchen items such as dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Even wraps, foils, spices, I mean everything! The beds were so comfortable! Property very well maintained. Everything was more than a renter would want or expect. And John was sincerely nice and there if we would need him. We would highly recommend this property and all the properties he owns.

We really enjoyed our stay. John was extremely nice and provided us an upgrade when the internet in our original apt wasn’t working. The location, a half block from the boardwalk was excellent! The apt was clean and enough space for our group of 4. Two of the TVs didn’t work but the other two were fine. Overall we had a good time and John’s hospitality was top notch.

Me, my husband and two kids (4 & 2) stayed at John unit 3 for 3 days and 2 nights. I was a perfect size unit for our family. We lost power on our first day and John offered us one night free on our next stay!! That was very sweet of him. The unit was clean, and a perfect location to the boardwalk!! This was the perfect place to stay for a family beach getaway.. John was very accommodating, quick to respond to any questions we had and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel as comfortable as possible during our stay.. The location couldn’t be better. A simple walk of less than half a block to the boardwalk and beach entrances, I don’t think it would be possible to be closer.. Without question, our family would love to make this our reoccurring vacation spot for beach getaways.. Thank you John for such a great family vacation memory!
